Stayed Jul 11, 2025Our stay was perfect for a week in July. My husband and I, plus our 2 adult daughters and partners plus my dad came to play. Proximity to Town was important to the young professionals and we brought our car so could also spend time exploring the island.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The house was so so cute! Each corner better than the other. The hosts were flexible with our check in times so we weren’t stranded with luggage. They were quick to respond and pleasant to work with! The house was clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to town, which made getting around super easy!

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Great location for home base in ACK. The house was clean, furnishings were up to date and comfortable, check in was easy. This house has all the amenities you would need, bikes, umbrellas, good books and games…we had such a great trip and this house was a significant reason why.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Schatz Sea was perfect for me and my five college friends. We each had our own room. The king bed was very comfortable. Two friends stayed in the cottage. The air conditioners worked like charms. We had coffee and morning buns out on the patio and admired the meticulous landscaping. It’s an easy walk to town or out to Wicked Island bakery. We all fit on the couch to watch a movie. The front room was also perfect for reading or dozing off. We all fit at the dining room table. And the Kiehl’s in the bathrooms was such a lovely touch. So much attention to detail. The cottage toilet wasn’t operating properly, and our host was quick to schedule a service visit as soon as I texted her. Clear instructions and quick communication from our host throughout. We had a great time!

Stayed Sep 14, 2023The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating since we were coming in just before the hurricane. The house is absolutely adorable!! it has everything you could need and more. Tastefully decorated, bathrooms and kitchen modern and super layout. The ease of being able to walk everywhere was fabulous!! It is the perfect place! If it hadn’t been a hurricane -the backyard was beautiful!! hope to get to go back again!!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023We had a wonderful stay at Schatz Sea. The cottage was spacious enough for our whole family & dog during our 2 week stay while still feeling cozy & comfortable. The house was well stocked with essentials (bathroom toiletries, kitchen supplies, extra sheets, etc) and the shed even had beach necessities and bikes to use. The owners thought of everything! They were very easy to communicate with when needed and made our stay easy breezy. The backyard space was a bonus on sunny days for reading, eating alfresco, and have space for our dog to run around. We would highly recommend and hope to return one day soon!
