4 Bedroom Cozy Cottage

A very lovely home, very clean, and nicely decorated. Super location. We'd love to stay here again..

The place was in an excellent location, you could walk to both beaches. The neighborhood was quiet. We were very comfortable! We had a great vacation staying at this cottage! Would highly recommend it!

LOCATION: centrally located to nubble lighthouse, short sand and long sands beach. Very walkable/low traffic. The kids in our family spent lots of time in the street playing basketball with neighborhood kids. HOUSE: well maintained comfortable & spacious for 5 adults, 3 kids, & 1 infant. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of extras…Looking at pictures I had concerns about seating for everyone. That was not a problem. There are more folding chairs in the closet. The 2 Adirondack chairs are right off the dining area- 2 can sit there not be excluded. 6-7 fit at patio table & bench. the listing doesnt mention extra chairs available in driveway. I was nervous about noise with my napping baby, but it wasnt an issue. ACs in everyroom kept the home cool! HEIGHT ISSUE: if your family is all tall, you could run into some discomforts. The tall People could only sit on the toilet in the master bath not the others. OTHER STUFF: beach umbrella, toys, chairs, and wagon! Outdoor shower! Crab pot. Grill outside! Bluetooth speakers. Brita pitcher in fridge. Frisbee, cards, cribbage, dominos and other games available. Property manager very available by phone/text. Let us check in early and have family Come visit!! SURPRISES/CONS: had to make our own beds upon arrival, had to pry to get check-in info (vrbo tech problem?), prop mgr did not respond on vrbo so I had to call vrbo to get number, we almost ran out of tp, unable to locate any beach towels.
