Stayed Aug 5, 2025I just love this house! It is historical but neat, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans. The screened in porch overlooking the water is so relaxing. I look forward to another visit.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We loved staying right on the water in Port Clinton, with quick access to restaurants, the ferry to the islands, and the beach. We loved watching the drawbridge, trains, boats and fisherman from the house. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was great. We stayed during the massive heatwave, and unfortunately the AC wasn’t fully functional upstairs, so we had to adjust sleeping arrangements, but the host responded right away and made arrangements to get it fixed. Overall, I recommend this nostalgic little waterside cottage as a great alternative to hotels—especially if you bring pets and kids along.

Stayed Nov 29, 2024The Owner was very up front about the conditions of the water level in the Lake. They met us at the property because of construction on the drive and made sure that everything was okay for us and offered to move us to another property if we weren't satisfied.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We loved the location, but were a little surprised to be surrounded by mobile home/rv campgrounds. Tammy and Mark are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the game room, but were surprised to find out that it is shared. Having a dock for the boat was very convenient. We all enjoyed the relaxation of the area and the ability to bring our dog along too! Thank you Tammy and Mark!
