4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Wooded Getaway

Our trip started off a little bad. The drive way is definitely on a hill and would require a four wheel drive car for success on snow or ice conditions. Unfortunately one of the trucks didn’t have a working four wheel drive therefore causing my truck who tried pulling their truck up got stuck in snow and sliding in to a small tree on side of the driveway. The neighbor was kind enough to let us use his sand but didn’t work and still resulted in a tow truck! Thank god the tow truck driver was awesome and extremely reasonable. However I still rated this place a five star because after our incident it went perfectly smooth and the house was a great fit for our ski weekend. It had plenty of room for our families, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, bed were very comfortable and ping pong table down stairs for kids was a hit! So even though we started with a hiccup at an extra expense it was a good weekend overall. I would just take note/consideration to drive way. Thanks for letting us rent your place. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Seem like somebody had had a fire in the fireplace the night before and didn’t open the flue. It smelled horrible the whole time we were there and it caused many allergies for all of us. The basement smelled like must when we came in. And we were really disappointed that there wasn’t a single fire or smoke detector in the entire home. All the stairs were pretty rough as well.

It was a great place for a family!

Our stay was everything we needed for 2 families. Tons of space, communication was amazing, and the property was amazing! My son especially enjoyed ping pong in the basement. Next time we come to the area will definitely look to book again.

The sign for the property should be closer to the street. The house was good for our needs and the beds were comfortable.The oven needs to be cleaned.

Great home! We couldn't find a blow dryer or an iron. We were here for a wedding & could have used thise items otherwise well equipped and comfortable.

The house was very nice, in a peaceful area with pretty views, and a convenient location for visiting many lake towns. The house also was more than enough room for 8 people with a well stocked kitchen and anything else you might need. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

The house was a nice house. There were some finish details that could have been touched up or refreshed better like shower door caulk. Plenty of space and all essentials were available. we tried to contact property manager but they never responded (no major issue) just disappointed that communication was not better. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay during a soccer tournament. House was comfortable and well equipped. Commincation with owner was very good!

The driveway was so poorly plowed that we slid down, got stuck in a snowbank at the bottom, and spent several hours waiting for a tow at 9:30 at night. We then spent another hour trying to get out of the driveway after the AAA tow truck got stuck! Horrible experience that soured our vacation. I do not recommend this property.

We were looking for a white Christmas and a place for home base for skiing and snowmobiling! Beautiful home and great location! We will definitely return!!

The thing we loved about this place the most was the location - tucked into the woods but still minutes from Boyne City, Walloon Lake and Petoskey. Beautiful views from the deck. Home was adequate for 4 adults and 2 teens. Although we did not use it the extra space in the lower level was a nice option. We stayed in fall so we did not use any of the summer amenities.

Great location for Petosky/Boyne Mountain getaway

Great house in the middle of trees. Nice setup with multiple bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen and updates and a fantastic deck surrounded by trees. Well stocked kitchen and a great BBQ outside. Easy access driveway and washer dryer available. About 20 mins to Petoskey and 20 mins to Boyne Mountain so it is easy to get places. There’s a small park nearby with a pool for the community that you can access too! Loved it, thanks again!

We stayed five nights and the house was perfect for our group of six, including one teen, but it would easily accommodate eight. The newly finished deck and furniture were so nice. New siding too. The basement TV room isn’t mentioned in the listing but should be. We chose this property partly for the ping pong table and our teen grandson loved playing. The kitchen, dining and living areas are very nice; we all fit on the large couch for movie night ? The kitchen has everything you could need. We didn’t use the association pool but enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles in the pond! Don’t hesitate to choose this property. It made for a very enjoyable stay.
