4-bed home w New Bathroom-3 miles to Peoria Sports Complex & P83 Entertainment

Very nice home with everything you need for a dun relaxing vacation. Pool was great. Home very clean and host thought of all the little things to make us comfortable. Pet friendly. We had our young grandchildren with us and it was great making memories in this home. We would definitely stay again when we return to Peoria. Home is in great location to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.

The VRBO was amazing. Host truly helpful & reactive to messages. I would highly recommend it. Very, Very family friendly. Had a putting contest, jenga contest & needless to say the corn hole & pool table were hits. 8 adults from our family stayed & there was never a dull moment. So many amenities. If we ever return to Phoenix, will hopefully be able to rent again.

Great place to stay! Plenty of fun things to do between putting green, swimming pool, 8 ball pool table, and video game. Also quiet area for morning coffee, nice backyard for BBQ, or inside dining for family dinner.Host always available to answer questions, rooms clean and nice little touches around to make you feel welcome. We are hoping to come back again!

Host was very communicative when needed. Excellent property! So great for all the kids. Golf, swimming, billiards, and a slew of entertainment options indoors as well.

We had a wonderful time all around staying at this property. Everything was clean inside and out, and we were very comfortable. The communication with the host/owner was excellent. Also, this house is well equipped with amenities of all kinds, from the game room area to the bathrooms and the coffee bar. There were even little amenities for our dog.Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! This house offers so many amenities to really make it feel like a home. Lots of room to enjoy different activities and excellent communication from the host! We were in town for spring training and the location in relation to where the Mariners & Padres play is outstanding.

I rented this lovely home for the month of February 2026 and highly recommend it! With its four bedrooms, it was a great size to accommodate quests. My favorite space was the backyard with its comfortable furniture grouping, gas grill and privacy fence. The host was absolutely outstanding in her responsiveness and communications.

Host was a great communicator from the start. The check in process was smooth and easy. We appreciated the extra touches like a snack basket and extra toiletries. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The home was very clean and well appointed. Host was responsive when we had a question and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 10/10!

This always an excellent stay for 2 moms, 2 baseball teens (they shared the bunk room and loved that they were bigger beds!), and a little sister. Close to the P83 area where the tournament was so we didn’t have to get up early, great food around, lots of retail and groceries around for forgotten items, quick in and out of the area making the long drive easier. Rhiannon was super responsive and flexible, and the house had everything we needed! Moms even got to walk loops of the circularly designed neighborhood in the mornings. It was just a great weekend.

Home was well-maintained, updated, and very clean and accommodating for the guests. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the weeds in the front yard taking away from the curb appeal and first impression.

The hosts were so easy to work with and accommodating to our check in and out schedule. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Peoria.

We are in Arizona often and Im always looking for rentals. This by far was one of my favorites. We were 6 minutes from Peoria sports complex which is so important because we go back and forth through out the day. The house itself was just what we needed. Plenty of room and activities, super clean, but what we loved the most is the cupbards were labeled. That was awesome! Ive never seen that before. Lastly, our host Rhiannon, was so accommodating, friendly and detailed. All of these things made it a great experience. Thank you Rhiannon.

We had a great get away. The home was extremely clean and beautiful, well stocked with lots of amenities, and was in a very convenient location.

This place is perfect for spending time with family. The house had several great gathering and private space. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including a snack basket and a coffee bar! Rhianna was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The beds are quality memory foam. I would say they were comfortable, even though they took a bit of getting used to.

Home was perfect! Appreciate the communication from host and letting us know early check in was possible. Hope to stay again for next years spring training!

This home is very clean and well appointed with everything we wanted on our stay. The owners have made it easy for their guests.

Everything was lovely. Very much appreciated the book to help with check in items and check out procedures. A suggestion : if the master suite had one or two hand rails in the shower it would be more accessible for handicp clients. Might I suggest

We traveled to Peoria to catch the Arizona Cardinals v Chicago Bears game. Rhiannon’s home was the perfect place to share family time and connect pre and post-game. We appreciate the clear communication of the host and the convenience of the location!

We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and this was a perfect property! The house has everything you might need! Very clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a day of baseball! Fun for teens with a putting green, pool table and arcarde game. We will be back if play at Peoria Sports Park again!
