4 bed Cottage with Hot Tub sleeps 12 pet friendly

Attention to detail It was my daughter’s birthday celebration and Michael and Magda had arranged balloons, banners and a birthday cake for her. All completely unexpected and a lovely surprise. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.

We loved everything we had all ages in the home and it suites everyone the kids loves the games room and the little gifts everyday of the owners was so nice house was so big and clean had everything you needed very close to everything lovely area we will 100 percent be going back

Everything we needed, from loo rolls to ducks!! Spacious, clean, superb hosts, close to the slots, bars and beach, Perfect.

Your hospitality was wonderful, thoughtfull and generous. The house was so magical for Christmas . We felt so comfortable and the children enjoyed the games room and especially the treasure hunt. Amazing thankyou

Wow, what can i say! It was fabulous from start to finish. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The facilities were amazing with hot tub, out door dining, cool American style games room that had pool, table football and air hockey. Giant connect 4, Nobby the horse and selection of cowboy and animal hats. Magda is lovely, she brought baskets of goodies almost every day, nothing was too much trouble. The kids loved the treasure hunt, very cleverly thought out. All the family and scatty dogs had a wonderful week .

Excellent hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. This was our 2nd stay, and we will be booking again.

We had a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) stay for a long weekend and Beresford cottage was the perfect base for our stay, just a short walk to Skegness town centre. The house itself was a really good size and spotlessly clean. Facilities and provisions left were ideal as well. The whole property was brilliant but the real star is the outside space. Really good sized garden, plenty of comfortable seating and games room with fridge. The hot tub was of course the winner for everybody in our party. We all had a wonderful stay and hope to return again. Thank you very much to Magda & Michael for being such attentive hosts as well!

We had an amazing holiday! The hosts were very informative and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. They left daily surprises, which added a delightful touch to the experience, and even themed the house, making it so much fun. The house itself was lovely—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it!

Magda was so helpful from start to finish, communication was fantastic, anything I needed all I had to do was text and I got a message back within minutes. She catered for me and nine others, nothing was too much for her, the place was spotless and clean and there were little gifts left for us. Genuinely the nicest place I have ever stayed in a very long time. Will definitely be back
