Stayed Aug 17, 2024Had a great stay here for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a large dining table plus counter stools so we can all eat together, play games and cards, etc. Also nice seating on the back porch. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need, and the house was clean and well cared for, plus great central air. A nice outdoor shower and lots of beach chairs and equipment provided. And it was a short and easy walk to our favorite beach spot. Good communication with the host as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023This house provided us all that we needed. We traveled with our older children and a bunch of their friends. The house allowed us all to spread out, and the location was tucked at the end of a dead end. We were able to walk to the beach in just 10 minutes, but it was great being away from all of the holiday traffic.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We had a great week in York Maine and the house was perfect to accommodate a family trip with 10 adults and an infant. The property was centrally located in York and was less than a 10 minute walk to Long Sands beach and less than a 5 minute drive to Short Sands. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and the check-in process was simple. My family vacations to York almost every summer and we are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022My family of 4 including kids aged 7 and 12 and my parents recently stayed at Nicole’s house. The location was superb in proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops. The accommodations were clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. We hope to be back again and enjoy this wonderful property! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022House was awesome! Kitchen so well stocked we didn’t want for anything. Location was great, with only 10 minute walk to beach. Three generations had a wonderful time and hope to return next year!

Stayed Jul 2, 2022We had a very nice stay. People were able to play in the front yard. Could set up corn hole in the back as well as have a nice area to sit to have a fire. The one negative was the amount of dog feces on the ground that we had to pick up before we could enjoy the outside area.
