Stayed Jun 12, 2026Wayne's home was fantastic and perfect for our group. He was extremely helpful prior with questions and when I had a problem checking in (due to my gat fingers) he came out at 1am to open the house for us. His service was the best I have ever had in all the homes we have stayed at.

Stayed Apr 23, 2026Comfortable beds, clean throughout, and overall a nice place to stay for the price on busy weekends at the Kentucky Horse Park. The drive to and from the park was only about 25 minutes.Would consider staying there again.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Host was readily available by text to answer questions and inform us of the icy conditions around the property. Beds were comfortable although the basement bed had a cover over the mattress and the plastic was hot and noisy to sleep on according to my son and his wife. Overall was convenient and comfortable location for a family gathering.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Our work team stayed here for a couple days. Plenty of sleeping capacity, and the beds were good quality. Quiet neighborhood. Very spacious basement with another bedroom, perfect for putting the snorer into. Wayne the host was great to deal with. This is a nicely renovated place, a couple things appeared to still be under construction, and the yard could use some work, but those things were not a big deal for us.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We came into town for a work event in Lexington and Wayne was an outstanding host. Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms to sleep a big group. Wayne was very accommodating and checked in with us throughout the stay. They made sure to provide extra towels/linens/garbage bags knowing we had a large group! I would absolutely recommend this home if you are looking in this area!
