4 Bed 3 Bath Beautiful and Peaceful Riverfront Tranquility

The loaction is at the end of a private drive. The house is close to the river where there is a dock. The home was perfect for our purpose. It had a firepit near the river with plenty of wood.

Cabin/house on the upper Pere Marquette River is heaven on earth!!! Wildlife…wind in the trees…water rippling by…peaceful and relaxing. Huge fire pit with tables and chairs and a friendly chipmunk living in the wood pile who liked to visit while we were there. Paul is a great host. Anything we needed was taken care of asap. Very accommodating…our travel plans were interrupted on both ends and we were able to check in early and check out late. He’s literally minutes away. Stayed several places in Michigan over the years and this is our favorite. Thanks for another great trip!!!

Nice cabin close to national forest and fishing.

Paul provides great service, communicating in advance everything you need to know. The cabin is well stocked, extremely comfortable, and very roomy! The docks provide a beautiful view of the river, the bonfire put provides a great place to tell stories, and the beds are super comfy. This was our second stay at Paul's cabin and we're already checking calendars for when we can make our next trip.

Paul is a wonderful host. This home was the perfect space for 4 couples and 2 children to stay with plenty of space. The property is neat with the river running behind it and the nights by the bonfire were perfection. The dining room had a nice big table to accommodate our card games in the evening too! This ended up being a very nice location to enjoy the surrounding things we wanted to do during our stay. The drive to nearby Ludington was an easy drive and a scenic one! I recommend the drive up to Sleeping Bear Dunes and the quaint towns along the coast. We had an enjoyable vacation and this property was a big part of the reason we were able to!

Paul was beyond accommodating and so easy to reach! He helped us make this family gathering for my husband’s celebration of life so very special! I am so grateful I chose this location for my family’s stay! I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. The owner reached out ahead of time to provide information, answered our questions while we were there, and had great information in the home to help make our stay as easy as possible. We loved having multiple spaces, upstairs and down, to hang out. The outdoor spaces were fantastic. The docks were perfect for sitting and watching the fish go by. We're definitely booking another stay!

Host - Paul - was excellent to communicate with. Home was perfect for 6 adults for the weekend. Firepit in the backyard was great & the wood was tarped off to stay dry. Highly recommend booking with Paul.

Property and house were perfect for our stay. Location was great and Paul was a very accommodating Host. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and working properly. Paul made accommodations for us to check in early due to a change in our schedule. He was also quick to respond if we had any questions. We will be booking again next year. We enjoyed how quiet and convenient the cabin was to fishing access. The cabin was very well equipped with all the conveniences on would need for a week's stay. All appliances and utilities were in great working order. Everything we needed for enjoying our stay for fishing the Pierre Marquette and Traverse City Bay. Would be a great place for a family stay.

We enjoyed the privacy and quiet environment of this home. It was spacious and our group of nine was not stumbling over each other.

Had a great time. Fire pit was fun. Only minor suggestion is to provide some bug spray.

My family had such a nice time . The hosts communication was top notch and super fast, reaching out to make sure we had every we may need. My grandson loved it so much he wanted me to try and buy it from him lol. The river setting was perfect
