4 BD 2 Bath Home 10 min from base

Property was not well done. The floor was very weak, there was obvious foundation issues. The bedrooms lacked storage for clothes that don't hang in the closet, the bathroom had no space for basic toiletries and we had to purchase face towels for ourselves and there were no hand towels at all. Few clean bath towels were provide. Walk-in shower was concerning for slips. The kitchen had ample dishware and cookware, however, the microwave had a broken handle. The outdoor lighting was extremely poor, making it difficult to enter the code for entry. There were friendly neighbors but construction of the house next door did have quite a bit of noise. Overall not well thought out for hosting a family.

We found our stay to be quite comfortable and met our needs nicely. Spacious enough for a group of 3 adults and 3 children. We visited friends in the area and this home was a nice base camp for us. We didn't stay long enough to try out all the amenities, but everything we did use was nice.

Super comfy beds, and nice place to stay overall.

My family really enjoyed this property. Only blocks away from extended family. It had everything we needed. The only complaint was ants and a few palmetto bugs (spray was supplied by owner).

5 adults, 2 kids, enough room for everyone. Great yard. Responsive host, highly recommend.

It was a very nice and quiet home away from the busy streets. Need to bring your own ice though. The fridge isn’t hooked up to water. I would stay againz

The unit was in fact clean. However, it is not at all renovated or remodeled, simply covered up poorly. It’s an old home with patch work. Ants were in the kitchen and master bathroom. There were HUGE cockroaches on the porch and in the Drive way. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which was a plus. The home was close to shopping food. It was doable for my weekend trip, it was only 5 minutes away from my family. The home offers plenty of space for large families. It’s very roomy. It just needs some professional TLC, and not a do DIY!

We enjoyed our stay. The inside of the is beautiful with a large kitchen and a big back yard. It felt like home. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy it more.

It was nice, could have updated a few things, but overall id definitely come here again, the owner is also very friendly and easy to get in contact with
