3BR/3BA Dog-Friendly, BEACHFRONT, Center of Island

Centrally located right on the beach with an incredible view. And dog friendly like the entire island. Host was very easy to work with.

Our dog thoroughly enjoyed hos stay, as did we! The views were incredible. The beach access beyond compare. We'll be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful month at The Lite House this year. It seems to be our second home for February. After owning a rental beach condo for 20 years myself, I would suggest small yearly upgrades that I haven't seen here over the last few years. The appliances are getting tired especially the dishwasher ( 10 years old). Although the washer /dryer looks relatively new,it could do a better job. None of these things detracted from a great experience however.

Not much communication with host

Easy check in, great beach access and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot. The chairs on the top deck were cheap plastic, the dishwasher was disgusting and the washing machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall the property just needs some TLC and it could be much much nicer.

Great time, great house.

Great place; very clean and well maintained would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of the credit for beach gear and it was waiting for us when we got there. House had everything you needed. Loved having the beach right outside our door and the ice cream shop right across the road was a bonus!

The only issue I have is that the master bedroom has a musky moldy smell . Also we had several water bugs come visit us in the master bedroom ... we live this place and will most likely rent it again next year for our fall break .

This house was all it promised. The fenced patio was brilliant for the dog. Location is great you can walk to everything…and we did! You can walk to the parrot by beach or road. The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our stay. It’s always a blast to be able to bundle everything up a pop down tot he beach for the day! Dog friendly easy checkin and access it was relaxing and stress free.
