3BR/2BA 1st Tier, Timeless Beauty w/ Easy Beach Access & Clubhouse w/ Pool!

We loved the house!! Beautiful inside and out. Very easy check in and out. Well stocked kitchen for easy meal prep. Beach access very close along with a short walk to the clubhouse and pool. We had a couple of raining days so the puzzles were perfect along with the books. Would definitely stay again and hope to in the future.

Location was lovely! The place was perfect for us. Beaches are hard on properties due to salty air, constant water, so a little wear but completely to be expected. We would definitely return to this home!

We loved our stay at this charming beach cottage! It’s well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Whether you’re curling up with a book, working a puzzle, or sinking into the cozy beds after a beach day, it has everything you need to unwind.The location is fantastic. It's just a short stroll to both the beach and pool, scenic bike paths winding through the neighborhood, and lush trees that give the property a sense of privacy. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at at last. The house met all of our needs. It had a nice view of the ocean. The furnishings were pretty. Its a short walk to the beach. We were confused about the trash. We put it out but it wasnt picked up.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! The location was perfect! We rented bikes for the week which I highly recommend… the trails were wonderful! We definitely hope to come back soon. Thank you!!

The home was clean, had plenty of towels, blankets, etc. as well as cookware, utensils to cook meals. Desiree was very responsive when we discovered that the fridg/freezer wasn't cooling properly. An appliance company came out and resolved the issue quickly.We also enjoyed the beach gear service that delivers/picks up at the home.We loved our time at the beach as well as Apalachicola, the Estuary, Gulf Speciman Marine Laboratories, and Wakullah Springs.If you are looking for a home where you can enjoy the beach, At Last is your place! ⛱️💗☀️

Right across the street from the beach and a board rock just a couple doors down to make it easy to get to the beach. The pool was only about four houses away and it was very nice and also had water aerobics which was really fun. We rented bikes and rode all over the place. Love how the plantation continues the bike paths all throughout the plantation. We rode the bikes every day. The house was very well appointed very cozy and it was perfect for rainy afternoons doing puzzles watching movies. The bedrooms were huge. We would stay there again.

The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.The inside of the rental has everything that we need to be comfortable. There are two master bedrooms and plenty of room upstairs for additional guests.The living area is very open and provides plenty of room with expansion onto the large deck overlooking the water.I’m very impressed with the efforts from the owners and the rental agency to provide top-notch accommodations and support.

There is plenty of sleeping accommodation but no bathroom on the upper level. There was a nice specialty coffee pot but no carafe that was our first call to Forgotten Shores customer service. They were great and brought a coffee maker right away. But then the outlet in the bedroom we used as a master bedroom would not work and the other outlet in the other bedroom almost came out of the wall so this was our second call. Two days later an electrician came to repair the outlets. Normally, we make do and never call but the electrically issues was not something we could live with. The HVAC unit needs to be replaced. The reps were in the 70’s while we were there and we turned the AC on in the evening and it never cooled. Also, the ancient washer and dryer is in a storage area outside below the house.

The kitchen is small but has great utensils, pans, appliances, etc. It is not waterfront but has nice views of the water. There is a great place upstairs for kids or just spread out space. The Parrot is our favorite place to eat on the Island.
