3BR w hot tub, putting green, fire pit

I would highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation spot. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic and my kids loved it. The putt putt in the backyard was a nice addition as well, especially for my 9 year old. The house is conveniently located with a lot of restaurants options nearby and within minutes of plenty of family activities to do to keep the kids busy but we would’ve also been perfectly content just staying at the house the whole week we were there. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. We are planning on going back next year!

I would recommend this property as the interior is a really nice setup and well kept, and the outdoor space has the fun of all of the amenities listed. The backyard does have a bit of a feeling of wear and tear, and there were maintenance issues going on in the backyard while we were there. Also, the hot tub heating component was confusing. After the maintenance team was in the backyard, we came home to a fridge that wasn't working (not sure if it was related) and had to scramble to move our food offsite overnight and toss our freezer items. The team did communicate well, apologized and fixed it the next morning. Nothing else was offered for the inconvenience. This feels like it was a one off experience as the property has consistent good reviews. I do also think the property was very well priced for what we got.

Communication was good, house was perfect for our stay. Felt their ad is misleading as it states Hot Pool, Hot Tub, that is only correct if you pay the optional extra fee for it to be heated. It should read Pool, Hot Tub. Other houses list Pool with the call out of the fee to heat the pool.

Our family enjoyed our quick vacation to Scottsdale and Sedona. The house has great amenities that we were able to enjoy during our stay. The beds were really comfortable as well! We had a slight issue with the dishwasher not working and the maintenance guy showed quickly to work to resolve.

The host interaction was good. There were several things that were not what I expected: 1. The cleaning crew was in the unit for over an hour after 3:00 check-in and they left all of the doors (front, back and garage) open which let in a bunch of mosquitos. We had mosquitos in our rooms for days afterward and were bitten to pieces. The jacuzzi is smaller than it looks in the pictures (too small for two adult males for sure) and didn't work properly the first day. I was pleased that the host responded quickly to this and fixed it. However, the temperature could not be set above 101 or it shut off the heater. There was no chlorine in the floating dispenser in the jacuzzi, so we had to purchase some. I don't expect a full spice rack in the kitchen, but salt and pepper is expected. There was a salt and pepper shaker, but both were empty. Overall, other than the mosquito bites and the delay in getting into the house, the unit was clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils.

Very comfortable home, very clean, the only thing I would suggest is more of a warm lighting for all lamps.

A wonderful rental. We are from New England and have rented via VRBO many times, but previously only on the east coast, and this was our first southwestern rental. There is no way we could have rented a property this nice on the east coast at this price - the cost would have been two or three times what we paid. If we find ourselves in the Scottsdale area again (and we hope to do so), we will absolutely rent this place again if available.

The pool was great but a railing to get in & out is needed. Also, the outdoor furniture could stand a good cleaning and/or replaced.We were unable to use the ceiling fan in the living room because the remote was missing - we did advise them & they were going to work on that & hopefully get it taken care of for the next guests.Also, the plug for one of the bathroom drains was missing. That seemed odd & not sure how the cleaning crew would not have noticed that. We did not mention that as it really wasn’t a big deal.Overall, it was a really nice place!

Great house for a quick family getaway

Location was close to stores, it was clean, pool was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable.

The location was new to us, but really liked it. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the pool. The layout worked great for 2 couples. Each couple had a king bed and bathroom separated by the living areas

A beautiful home away from home. Beds were comfortable and the little extras were great. Don't go for groceries until you check it out. Paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish cubes, and laundry soap were provided. We enjoyed the pool everyday! Quiet neighborhood. Management company was quick to respond.Go, enjoy it

Was a wonderful stay

Great little hideaway for an all girls trip. Hosts were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. Pool was clean and perfect when you are not used to that kind of heat!

Great stay overall! They were quick to respond to messages and help us with the couple little things that came up. Heating the pool does cost an extra 70 a day which we did not realize. The hot tub is a little small but that’s about all I have negative to say at all! We will be back!

The property was great and was the perfect location. Was easy to visit everything in Scottsdale. We paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Hot tub worked but is quite small. Overall great stay with no hiccups.

The house was perfect for Grand Parents/ parents and grand children, the Dual master suites wer nice and the home was clean and well suited to our needs. The pool and yard were wonderful we had issues with the pool heater but were fully reimbursed for the heating charge s overall it was just about perfect and we will plan for a redo soon!!!

We had a great time and the place was clean and well kept. It was a great place and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. We would recommend this spot to anyone!

Three of us stayed in this property. We all loved the property and the amenities. We chose this property due to the two master suites and third bedroom. Everything was as promised and we were especially happy that the home was stocked with all our basic needs from popcorn to coffee to laundry detergent, etc. It was conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit while in the area. The neighborhood was nice and we walked the neighborhood basically every morning and every evening.

The place was clean and well-appointed. There was no need to bring any extra items to make this vacation successful. The house does show some wear and the hot tub heater did not work. It was comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The location of this property was 3 minutes from Scottsdale family residence , so we were excited to find this property at a reasonable price. The two king-size bedrooms were of great size. Although the queen-size bedroom was quite small and had to be shared with one of the king-size bedrooms, it was dealt with successfully. The property was very clean with spacious areas to enjoy family gatherings making for an enjoyable stay.

Everything about the stay was smooth. Had to initially contact management about something going wrong with front door access. Was able to get in through alternate garage code and the other issue was corrected immediately by management. I would recommend this house, and will look into a return trip.

Place is beautiful, very clean. A lot of nice personal toughest like a popcorn movie night basket as a welcome. Host was attentive. Only issue I had was that there was no rail to help you get in and out of the pool. I’ve never seen a pool that didn’t have one. There were steps but they were high and I’m short. Plus, I recently had knee surgery, so it was difficult for me to get out. To get in, I would just jump into the deep end.

Just came to get a little R&R. Loved it
