The lovely 3 bedroom and 3 bath direct oceanfront home is situated on a large oceanfront lot with direct access from the deck and right down to the white sandy beach. The oceanside of this home consists of walls of glass which showcases the wonderful ocean views from every room. To the rear of the home, you will find the Intracoastal views just as alluring with the burning eveningsunsets across the bayside of the Island.
As you enter the home on the first living level you will find two large bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a private laundry area. All bedrooms provide direct access out to the oceanfront decks.

Bedroom 1 is the king master as is located on the ocean side of the home and is equipped with a king bed, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, smart TV, large walk-in closet and its own private bath with shower and soaking tub.

This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

Bedroom 2 consists of a twin bunk bed (2 twins) and a daybed with twin trundle (2 twins). This room will sleep 4 guests. This bedroom has direct access out to the oceanfront deck and there is a full bath with large shower right outside the bedroom door.

As you move up to the top level of the home you will find the main living level with living room, dining room, kitchen and the 3rd bedroom and bath.

Bedroom 3 is located on the ocean side of the home and is equipped with a queen bed, dresser in closet, night stands, smart TV, closet and ceiling fan. There is a full bath right outside the bedroom door. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

The living room is spacious with high ceilings and a wall of glass showcasing the shimmering Atlantic Ocean right outside the slider doors. There is plenty of comfortable seating which includes a queen sleeper sofa and several arm chairs. There is a large flat screen smart TV mounted above the mantle and WiFi is provided throughout the home. The living room has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where the views are endless. You will find comfortable seating on all the decks which allow you to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and possibly get a glimpse of the dolphins as they troll the shoreline for their morning meal.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major appliances as well as small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. From this kitchen you will find wonderful ocean views as well as Intracoastal views.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has expansive views of the ocean right outside the doors. You will not want to miss your spot at this table. The large dining table is equipped to seat 6 guests.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
