3BR Home with Heated Private Pool, Golf, & Mountain Views

First time doing a house rental for vacation and got totally lucky with this property, owner, and property manager. Place was as described and so much more comfortable than a hotel. No dragging stuff to a pool - just step out the back slider at any time and enjoy. Excellent kitchen and everything needed to cook. Bedrooms and beds super comfortable. TV and internet were flawless. Bathrooms perfect sized. And if you're going to AZ in the summer time rest assured the AC is the best! Lots of stuff around and close. Easy to get around. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Mike - the owner always available and good communications when pinged. Pam the property manager so helpful and friendly - she rocks! Miss the place already! Would recommend highly.

Our stay was very enjoyable, super easy check in and check out process! Well stocked with all the basics we needed to enjoy our week in the AZ sun.

The initial walk-in, my wife went right to the restroom we were coming from California, and she had to go as soon as she walked in. She noticed the hand towels were filthy. The toilets were filthy feces, and urine. Everywhere we go to the kitchen. The freezer has mold in it. The only thing that I can say was excellent was the swimming pool there was no key the lockbox was open with the key code on it for the front door. I called the property manager. She said someone stole the key. I said well why wouldn’t you guys reset the number so anybody can’t just walk up and have the code to the front door that’s just on display with an open lock with no key to the door so we did not feel safe my wife had to barricade the front door. She never came down to help us. She said she would wash the towels which I told her she didn’t have to so I’m really not complaining about that. I was told to call the owner that they wouldn’t be able to help me reset the front door and lock so we could feel safe. He never responded just 3 inches thick all through the house it just wasn’t clean so when I finally spoke to the owner to complain, his response was I’m sorry it didn’t meet your pristine standards and offered me a 50 refund that I never got that is just absurd. I paid 500 for two days because I don’t like hotels and so I can have a kitchen to use which I was happy with that after my wife and I cleaned and scrub toilets. I have photos of feces in the toilet, urine stains, dusty vents. Horrible.

House was spotless! The furniture was very comfortable, better than most places we have stayed at. Pool was great, very clean. The house was super stocked, best we’ve stayed at! Doreen was friendly and accommodating, was prompt on the few issues we had to get them resolved. Will stay when we come down again.

Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Loved having a private pool backed up to a golf course. It was a very relaxing getaway.

My family and I had a nice stay! The property is in a very quiet neighborhood which we were happy about, the pool was nice, and everything in the house worked. We also appreciated getting to use the garage. The only recommendations we have for improvement is dusting and cleaning the showers (both had hair in them).

We stayed for spring break and had a great time. The best part of our stay was the heated private pool which kept us entertained for hours. Property manager is kind and was responsive to a few questions we had. Would recommend staying at this property!

This home was the perfect stay for our short trip in Phoenix. It was the perfect distance from the raceway and town. The home is clean, well stocked and communication with the property managers was excellent! Wish we could have stayed longer!

we spent a week in Avondale with our grandchildren on their spring break. they enjoyed the pool, having their own space, The golf course was great. the property manager checked in, gave us contact info, and we were left on our own. it was a great time. highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Coldwater Springs. It is in a nice subdivision and close to a large area of restaurants and shopping. It was February, but we did get to enjoy the pool a couple of times. We had a great stay!

Property was very nice and a great location for us. Luckily, the person we were supposed to check in with happened to be on site when we arrived because the contact number given was not valid. Limited instructions were given. The pool area is a nice place to hang out (but the water was rather chilly for a heated pool.)

We came to Phoenix to visit friends and family. The location was excellent and it was so easy to find. Nice spacious house and an awesome swimming pool. This is the best VRBO that i have ever been to with the easiest check in/out. Very friendly hosts. Everything worked great. Nicely stocked kitchen and great bbq grill that we used two different nights. Thank you Dorene and Mike for helping us make this a very memorable stay

Fun in the sun 😎 pool is a big plus as most of our time was spent there. As previous locals to the Phoenix area we had family and friends come to us, we hosted majority of the time and property manager Doreen (hope I spelled that right) was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. She had helpful hints to reassure our stay was safe and enjoyable, kept the spices and kitchen pantry well stocked and the house overall was nice and tidy. King bed in the master and queens in the other two rooms, in the living area is a sofa with two built in recliners and one stand alone recliner (if anyone is wondering). Plenty of pool towels and additional wash clothes/rags. Highly recommend and definitely keeping this place in mind for future visits.
