Stayed Mar 29, 2026From a practical perspective, this place has neither a Soaker Tub nor a Wood Burning Fireplace. Also, it says nowhere in the ad that this is a 2nd-story walk-up! We tried to ensure that my mom would have her room on the lower level, but didn't know she'd have to climb the stairs to get in.Shuttle access was great. The view is lovely and the place had a good amount of space for three adults and two kids. The kitchen was well-appointed. The place was technically clean, but also very run down. The carpets are the filthiest carpets I've ever seen, and most of the furniture is mismatched and very beat up. The sectional was physically broken and collapsing. The art seemed to come from a garage sale. The fireplace appears to be a decommissioned gas fireplace. There's no firewood, and when we asked about it, we got a terse message that we have to buy our own wood. Thus, unless you have a car (which isn't otherwise necessary - the shuttle access is great) -- and you use that car to drive to a grocery store and pay 10/bundle for wood, you do not have a wood burning fireplace; what you have is a draft.Similarly, the soaker tub seemed nice enough, but the water heater was completely inadequate. We asked about this and they came out and raised its temp by 5 degrees. The water was still lukewarm and ran out completely before the tub was 1/3 full. This was very disappointing after a ski injury! The place would be nice if they weren't trying to spend as little as possible.

Stayed Feb 22, 2026This condo was very comfy and super clean. I loved the tall windows overlooking the trees & golf course. It was right on the valley trail & a bus stop was directly in front. The bus was convenient to the village, but it was also a reasonably close walk if you want to stretch your legs. Equally easy to access the lifts, and ski storage was in the unit’s entryway. We did not have a car, but underground parking was available. This complex does not have any hot tub or exercise facility. There is a soaker tub in the main bath, but not enough hot water in the tank to fill it for a steamy bath! However, beds were comfy & there is a large sectional sofa that appears to fold out into a bed too. Cable TV available, as well as Netflix. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking tools. Coffeemaker is drip & filters, and also a couple packs of coffee, were provided. Electric tea kettle, sugar and a full spice rack also. I did not have to contact Harmony for anything during my stay, but prior to our arrival they seemed very nice & quickly responded to all my questions. Check-in was timely and very straightforward. There are tons of restaurants in the village, and I also visited the cultural center and the Audain museum, both worth the visit.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025We stayed as a family and appreciated the large living space, along with a well equipped kitchen. The hiking in the area was fabulous, as was the easy walking to the townsite.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Great location - close to lost lake and easy to walk into Whistler village. Nice quiet spot. The only thing that would have made this a 5 star is better beds and pillows. Green space out back was nice for looking at while relaxing at the end of the day.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The only reason we're not offering 5 stars is because the furniture is dated. The king bed sags in the middle, which did make for some cozy night snuggles with my wife. All fun aside, some furniture upgrades would take this place up a notch.
