3Bed/2 Ba - Huge Fenced yard - Fast Freeway Access

Kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the fireplace. Very cozy and comfy beds.

The house was clean and what we needed for our stay.

Wonderful house. Very spacious for the 4 of us. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our full Thanksgiving meal. BIG TV in every room. Be aware that the bedrooms tend to be fairly dark after sunset, even with the room lights on.

Clean with a very nice layout, large yard. Very responsive.

Enjoyed the back patio at night, quiet neighborhood, comfy living room.

We enjoyed our stay! We were able to make my daughter’s favorite dinner Saturday and hang out watching other games!

Ideal location to the loop (easy off and easy on). Nice neighborhood and very spacious house.

Host had an issue with plumbing so he set us up in a different home. Grateful he didn’t just cancel our booking.

It was a complete roller coaster stay with plumbing & AC challenges, but Adam handled each one with grace, professionalism and humor. Ended up being a wonderful graduation weekend. Adam is truly a SUPER host!

House was cozy neighborhood is very safe and quiet

The property is clean and has a large fenced backyard. A minor problem we had was the Keurig. The adapter in the cabinet didn't fit. Like I said that is a minor problem. The water temperature was difficult to regulate in the showers. We would consider using this property again .

The house was very clean and very well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Lubbock.

We love the house and the location. Easy access to everything we wanted. The house, however, needs end tables in the living room to place drinks on. There needs to be more than two chairs on the patio. There were a lot of places that need painting especially interior doors. The fence around the backyard is in terrible shape. All that said, we would stay there again. Also, I just want to reiterate that there is a small tear on one of the sofa cushions that was there when we arrived. We did not cause that damage.

The home is great! Enough room for us and we had everything we needed! When we walked through the door there was a box of fresh made cookies and brownies that were so yummy! Our daughter came to visit us and we were able to make her a big breakfast before heading back home! The host was awesome he was able to accommodate early check in.

Great location, amenities and accommodations

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we needed.

The house and everything was just as listed. Nice large TV to watch sports and nice large sofa for everyone to watch. Kitchen was perfect to make meals, bedrooms nice and comfortable. This house made us have a wonderful trip.

The property was wonderful! Exactly as advertised and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was so kind as we were in town for an unexpected medical procedure for a family member. Without a doubt I will look to book here my next trip to Lubbock!

Very nice stay in Lubbock to visit with family.

Enjoyed our stay. There was a light out in the master bath, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Also, the ice maker didnt work on the refrigerator, also a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a good location to stay and would stay again if we visit Lubbock again.

Quiet neighborhood nice clean home close to all the amenities around town that you need

The property fit our needs exactly! We needed a house with a secure yard for two big dogs, which is what we found along with a very convenient location. My only issue was that I couldn’t make the app work to notify the manager of our departure. User error on my part I am sure!

Had a great weekend hooked out our propane to the grill and sat on the patio. Very relaxing, bed was like heaven!

Home was nice. Plenty of room to enjoy the family. We did have to ask for information on the code to get in. The manager responded quickly. The only problem we had is the front storm door is hard to open so we thought it was locked. Just a heads up push the button hard to open. Other than that it was a great stay with family.

The host offered to allow us an hour early check-in which was amazing because we were in-between houses. Ours had sold. The backyard was perfect for our dog and younger kids. The house is located just inside the loop so it’s easy to get to anyplace in Lubbock. The neighborhood is well established and quiet. The house has a good layout that comfortably accommodated us bedroom-wise and in the living room. I highly recommend for families.
