Our 2-story, 3bd, 2.5 ba, 1440 sqft townhouse is located in Granby, Colorado at the Grand Elk Golf Course. Featuring a private deck with mountain and open space views, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, w/d, detached garage, fireplace, and sleeper sofa. 2-min drive to the Golf Course. 25-min to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, 5-min to Ski Granby and 15-min to Hot Sulphur Hot Springs. Sleeps 8. Dog and kid-friendly. Walking distance to two Lift Bus stops.

Bedroom 1/Bathroom 1- Private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, queen size bed, desk, dresser, 46-inch television, ceiling fan, alarm clock/wireless phone charger. Located on the second floor.
Bedroom 2- Queen size bed, sitting chair, desk, 42-inch television, closet, alarm clock/wireless phone charger. Located on the first floor.
Bedroom 3- Full size bed, twin over twin bunk bed, 32-inch. Located on the first floor, television, games, toys, books, dresser, closet
Bathroom 2- Shower/tub combo. Located on the first floor.
Bathroom 3 – Half bath with quartz countertop. Located on the second floor.
Living Room- 50-inch television, queen sleeper sofa, reclining chair, gas fireplace, ceiling fan. Located on the second floor.
Dining Room- Large table with 5 chairs and a bench. Located on the second floor.
Kitchen- Quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, island with 3 stools. Located on the second floor.
Deck- Sectional couch, grill, views of mountains, and open space.
Detached Garage- Parking for one vehicle and storage space for bikes, kayaks, ski/snowboard gear etc.
Washer/Dryer- Located on the first floor.
Storage room- ski gear storage, dog crates (1 plastic, 1 metal), dog supplies (bowls, elevated bed)

Parking- We have three spots to park. In driveway in front of the townhouse, in the detached garage, and in the driveway in front of the detached garage. Street parking is not allowed in front of the townhouses and detached garages. There is additional overflow parking north West of the detached garages. Our HOA does not allow storage of RVs, Campers, Boats or Snowmobiles for over 48 hours.

There is no air conditioning in the townhouse.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera above the driveway for security purposes.

There is currently new home construction across the street.

PET RULES:
•$100 fee per stay
•Max 1 dog under 75 lbs
•Dog must be left in a crate when left unattended. We have two types of crates available for use.
•Must be well behaved (house trained, no barking, not aggressive)
•Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. We do have an elevated pet bed available for use.
•Guests must pick up dog waste
•Must be leashed

HOUSE RULES:
• Guests of more than 8 ARE NOT permitted.
• Smoking IS NOT permitted.
• Parties ARE NOT permitted.
• Illegal drugs ARE NOT permitted.
• Quiet Hours are from 9 pm- 7 am
• Guests should remove their shoes when inside the townhouse.
• Guests should leave all skis, ski boots, snowboards, boots etc. in the storage room or the detached garage.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves

Near City Market, Starbucks, Dominos, Subway, McDonalds and liqour store.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kate's rental. It is beautifully furnished with lovely artistic touches. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. We greatly appreciated the signs / instructions around the house indicating how to use things and where to find extra supplies. The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish/pan/appliance you could need as well as a variety of spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable. Kate really thought of every possible need you could have. We would definitely stay again!- Janet

    This property is one of the best I've ever stayed at, if not the best! Kate's attention to detail was remarkable! From the hand soaps and lotion to the directions on how to use the electronics and appliances, to all the extra's she provides. Kate does an amazing job helping her guests have a relaxing/fun stay in Granby. I definitely recommend her place to anyone considering a stay in Granby.

    My husband and I stayed in this great townhouse for a week in July 2025, while our kids were at a local overnight camp. This home is clean and very well stocked, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the deck and hummingbirds every day. Thank you for sharing your mountain escape with us!

    Loved our stay at this condo. Its location is close to both winter and summer activities and comfortable for hanging out. A grocery store is right around the corner. I appreciated how the condo was super well-stocked-we didn’t have to run and buy the necessities you need if you are going to actually cook and wash clothes. They also have extras of things like razors or toothbrushes in case you forget. Thoughtful set-up.

    My wife and I stayed for just under a week in May. We primarily spent time with daughter, son-in-law and grandson, playing games, taking short hikes in Grand Lake and visiting five restaurants. The property is fairly new and was clean. We cooked quite a few breakfasts and a couple dinners and we found the kitchen well-equipped. The grocery store was only a few hundred yards down the street. The bedrooms were nicely sized and we used one to lay out all our luggage.

    We enjoyed our week at this beautiful townhome! It was exactly like the listing with up-to-date decor and no clutter. We appreciated the extra towels and access to things like lawn chairs. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. We loved the location - only a few minutes from the grocery store and our dog loved the Granby dog park! We would recommend the Azteca Mexican restaurant, Debbie’s Drive-In, Brickhouse 40, and Lina’s Pizza. Granby provided easy access to Grand Lake, Winter Park and RMNP. A heads up that there is currently construction on the entrance road into the development. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful mountain views all around. We would definitely stay here again!

    This property is truly what you see in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has everything you need for your stay. The only comment I have is that the living is really small, but that was not an issue for our family as the kids were in the “kids” room with all the games most of the time
