3B/3B; Single Family Lakeside Retreat W/Hot Tub

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was so cozy, quiet and clean. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The views of the lake were lovely. The hosts left everything we needed to sit back and enjoy! We would highly recommend this cottage and will likely stay again when we visit our family in Kentucky.

wonderful stay and lodging was very nice. There was even coffee and fixins available. Hot tub was very nice and it was still cool enough for a reverse polar plunge. Thanks for a well kept and well hosted (including a Five O'Clock somewhere clock) retreat.

Excellent! Everything was very clean and host was very responsive. Perfect central local for all the things we wanted to do while in Kentucky. We really enjoyed the quiet, relaxing gated community the house was in.

The place was awesome. Better than we even expected. Host was quick to reply. The hot tubs were amazing after a long hard day of work.

Great communication with the host/property manager! It really made the most of our time there and the events we were attending. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This was our second time here and we will for sure be back in the future! Thanks again!

Very nice and clean. We had a great stay at this house. Wish there was a view of the lake but it was still nice. Hot tub was clean. Close to the places we wanted to visit but then it was nice to come back to the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the evenings. Bed slept great.

The property fit our purposes and was nice and cool with 95 degree weather outside.

Great location, we always love staying in Edgewater for our trip. House was clean, equipped with all your needs. The thermostat gave us hiccup, but once we figured it out, no big deal. However, we still didn’t quite understand how we left for the day at 9am and it read 70 degrees, we came home at 5, 81 degrees. Took us a few hours both nights to get cool.

We had a great stay, the house was good for what we needed it for, there were a few issues with the outlets, it may have been due to the weather though. The beds are a little too firm for our liking but overall I would stay here again.

My husband and our children visited Kentucky to see their grandparents. We were a little further from them than we wanted to be but it worked out amazingly! We LOVED this cottage. It was absolutely perfect for our trip and had everything we could ever need. My dad loved visiting it so much that he wants us to book it again next summer for a week.

Central location for distillery day trips to Louisville, Bardstown, Shelbyville and Frankfort.

Loved the location, hot tub and having two rooms with king beds! Great for traveling as couples.

We had a long weekend trip on the Bourbon Trail with our adult children. Great location. Nice driving distance between many of our stops.

Stated 2 nights here while traveling to southern state. Had a chance to see rural Kentucky & it was refreshing.

The location was perfect for the Bourban Trail; we made it to 5 distilleries in 2 days! Beds were comfy, hot tub is great and it was very clean. We appreciated the extra blankets, pillows and soft sheets. The area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to the lake. We only wished for a few more kitchen utensils and dishcloths and towels. We did a bit of cooking and all like to tidy up. Overall we would all stay here again but for much longer.

We had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren and children, with each family having their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and hitting and rented a pontoon at the marina. We had almost everything we needed at the cottage. We would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again. own room and bathroom
