Boating, bourbon and high speed internet, oh my!

Overall a great getaway. Kitchen was well stocked which was much appreciated. The cottage was clean and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was clean as well. The only issue was that the fireplace was not working and wasn't repaired during our stay. It was Thanksgiving weekend though so that probably caused difficulty. We enjoyed our stay.

It was the perfect place to stay

We stayed for a long weekend to go to a few burbon trail stops and sightseeing in Louisville and Lexington. Quiet, peaceful, stocked with everything we needed. Location is very rural, but we didn’t mind making the scenic drives. We visited Keenland, and Louisville for the pumpkin spectacular. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax. Beds were comfortable, enough seating for all 4 adults to relax and watch football. State park is nearby, we went for a hike. Owner was quick with responses when we had questions, Truly a perfect stay!

The location was central for different things we wanted to do, and we loved the quiet area. The property was wonderful - clean, adequate space, and things were in working condition. Used the hot tub a couple of times, which was nice after a lot of walking during the day. Getting in and out of the gated community was easy, and we saw lots of wildlife in the area in the mornings and evenings. We didn't use it, but there is lake access nearby, and if we returned to the area, would consider bringing kayaks or a boat and stay longer. I would recommend staying here to any of my friends or family, we had a wonderful stay.

Overall, the stay was absolutely perfect! The hosts were very prompt in responses, and were extremely accommodating. The house was in a great location, very clean, and well stocked. I would absolutely use this location again.

This cottage was perfect to relax and spend time with my daughter, son-in -law and brand new granddaughter. The cottage was clean and oh so charming. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

This place was cute, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the comfy bed and the close proximity to the Bourbon trail, Bardstown and Louisville. Would definetly recommend.

Took my grandsons to fish Taylorsville Lake and they had a great time. Home is in a great location for access to the lake and very convenient to everything.

Good value, nice quiet location, accommodating hosts. Enjoyed the hot tub after a cool day at the golf course.
