Tropical storm the first 2 days, & then beautiful weather! Great location, exactly what we needed to recharge for the rest of the year!

House needs a lot of TLC. The linen package was there when we arrived and we can't say enough good things about the service that they provided. The linens and towels were nice, we had plenty of towels for the week and they delivered some extra blankets which they were very prompt with. The blankets were delivered b/c all of the 4 bedrooms in the house, all comforters were full of sand. I'm not sure how that happens, however it appeared the house was not cleaned well at all. Bathroom floors and toilets were not very clean, we would find dishes put in the cabinets as 'clean' and they had food on them. The couches had a covering on them, but to note they were covered with sand too as well as the floors. We just can't see how a cleaning service spent any significant amount of time cleaning. The uncleanliness started things off on the wrong foot, but communication on Saturday/Sunday through text with Seashore Realty personnel was responsive and we received blankets on Sunday morning in replace of the sandy comforters. There was an offer on Sunday of the cleaning company to come Monday, but there was no follow up after that conversation, that was disappointing. Location and proximity to beach is great, decks (up & down) are very nice to sit on in evening to look at stars or for sunrise.

This property is literally steps from the beach! Best access of anywhere we have ever stayed! The house has definitely been mistreated by previous renters, but the rental company was glad to hear of the minor things that needed fixing. I am sure they will get everything fixed for future rentals. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great family friendly place! We also had the privilege of witnessing a sea turtle lay eggs just 10 feet from the steps on our second night!! The perfect weather and fun people who were on the other side of the duplex only helped to enhance or stay even more!

The house was perfect for our family thanksgiving for this year. Great location!

Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and rooms. A couple negatives are: the rusty HVAC vent in the living room takes away from the otherwise nice appearance, and Several of us woke with bug bites in clusters but didn’t actually see any bugs.

We had a great time! We loved the house right on the beach. It was the perfect size for our family. I wish this house was mine!!

easy access to grocery stores off island. all hard floors for easy cleaning day to day.

The house was exactly as listed. Easy to check in and right on the beach. We loved waking up each day to looking at the ocean. The deck with gate was perfect for the dogs. The dining room seating was perfect for our group of 5. Would definitely stay again.
