Stayed Jun 26, 2021This Is my second year renting this house . It is absolutely breath taking. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous house . best views, awesome Pool. On a great cul da sac on the beach block. Tim the owner is just a text away. He is amazing and so helpful and gets back to right away. Our Family & friends are spoiled we will never rent anywhere else haha

Stayed Jun 12, 2021We had a wonderful time on a family vacation at this gorgeous property! . It is just as beautiful, clean and well decorated as the pictures show. Excellent location, pretty much on the beach and close to all attractions. The heated pool, outdoor grill and open kitchen were really outstanding. Rooftop views are breathtaking . The owner is exceptionally nice, professional, helpful, and responsive . We had no issues at all and would recommend this property highly especially for families!

Stayed Aug 29, 2020We had a great time . Just a few house from the beach great cup da sac. Beach view from the house and incredible view from the roof top. The house perfect size . 3 family rooms which worked out great . 19-20 year olds had the first floor. 12 -15 yr olds had the 2nd floor and the adults had main family room. every bedroom had its own bathroom . The pool was great to go to after the beach. I could only say all great things and the owner Tim & Jen they were just a text away and responded right away and they were extremely helpful and so nice . I would recommend this house to everyone . Cant wait to go back next year

Stayed Jul 11, 2020Tim and Jennifer were amazingly responsive from the beginning so it was a pleasure to rent their house. We had a fantastic week. The house is stunning-pictures don’t even do it justice. The layout is perfect for a group as no one felt on top of each other. We were a group of 12 with some working remotely at times and everyone was able to be accommodated. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen and used the grill a lot. The location is steps off the beach. Very well stocked and thoughtfully prepared for renters. We really appreciated the attention to detail-hope to come back and stay here again!
