Stayed Jun 3, 2026Great accommodations, close to all the best spots and perfect for a family. offers a bit of separation between floors. There are a 2 flights of stairs to climb to get to the entrance. Fantastic outdoor space!

Stayed Mar 25, 2026A nice little oasis in the middle of downtown Boca Grande. Close to all the shops and the beach. Property was nicely maintained, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025I wanted to reach out regarding my stay. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that really affected the experience. There was no hot water available for an entire night and the following day, which made it difficult to shower or comfortably use the space. Additionally, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the stay, which was not sufficient for the booking.Given these inconveniences, I believe a partial refund would be fair. Please let me know what you’re able to offer—I’d prefer to resolve this directly

Stayed Jul 17, 2025It is a lovely, cozy, graceful cottage in the heart of Boca Grande (I can tell owners are books and art lovers). We greatly appreciated the provided toiletries and utilities products, since the market hours are very limited for what we generally expect. You can walk everywhere! We loved it!The only thing I (personally) missed was an espresso machine( an early bird like myself had to wait until 7:30 Am to open the cafe) but the time went fast exploring the town.I will gladly come back again...with a packed espresso maker.Thank you!

Stayed May 20, 2025Basically a two - 2 bedroom/ 1 bath units. One 2/2 on each floor. Hard to find it because entrance is in the back. Also A/C is locked at 72/73 and it wasn’t cool enough. Overall solid place.
