Definitely could have been cleaner (especially upstairs) but overall the house was nice. Had some issues with check in and getting our access code. We also didn’t have wristbands until the next day. So a little annoying to have to keep asking about those. You need them for all neighborhood activities and beach access.

With this property you are paying for the upscale Watercolor and location, not the home itself. We give the community (pools/lakes/vibes/proximity to Seaside and shore) an A. But the home:- overall dirty / stained- worn floors, walls, countertops- overall dark / low sunlight location. Don’t think beach house but instead a more deep woods, cabin feel.- tech/TVs outdated- upstairs extremely warm at night- back porch dusty and loud backed up to tennis courts. Lots of loud instructing in the AM.- bikes not well maintained (poor alignment, rusted parts, missing reflectors)- low quality kitchen pans/appliancesThe place doesn’t need a thorough cleaning. It needs a detailing with a paint touchup and furniture/appliance upgrades. Of all properties we’ve stayed on 30a over the years, this is clearly the least cared for as a revolving door bare bones rental prop.In addition, we are convinced management co. 30aVacay does not have humans working for them. Or at least not client facing. I clearly was interacting with an AI bot on all matters the entire stay.We are very active and don’t spend a lot of time in the house. So the property gave us what we needed, minus the uncomfortably warm nights for the kids upstairs. But for anyone expecting the house to be a primary factor for your experience, this is not your place.

This unit has not been receiving the attention it needs for the rental price. It’s dirty; baseboards are dusty, doors and doorframes are discolored by fingerprints and grime. The floors in the bathrooms had been cleaned but not well behind the toilets and around the baseboards. There was a water bowl and tennis balls left on the screened porch indicating housekeeping hadn’t clean it at all after the prior renter with a dog checked out. In addition, it needs maintenance; a fresh coat of paint throughout including walls, doors, frames, and cabinet doors and drawers which are badly scuffed and worn in the kitchen and bathrooms. Two of the three commodes were not flushing properly. Great location with easy access to tennis, pickleball, pools and Seaside.

The property is right next to the tennis courts. That worked for us but if you don’t like hearing pickleball all hours of the day you might not be happy. We love the sport and had no issue. You can literally walk right out the back porch to the courts. The property is cozy and older. We had a few things that didn’t work and the management company was awesome. Came right out and fixed it. There are two big king bedrooms on the first floor with separate baths and a kids room upstairs which was nice. The kids room sleeps 5 and has its own bathroom. The only concerns we had is the blinds in the bedrooms do not block much light. Coupled with the tennis court noise you will be up early. Not an issue for us but something to consider. Other issue is only three bikes. Wish they had at least 5 because it’s so convenient to bike every where. Comes with 8 wristbands which is great and is close to everything.

Such a great spot to vacation with young kids, loved staying in Watercolor. This house is totally functional, but definitely showing it's wear, and it was not particularly clean when we arrived.

Wonderful small family reunion week. We've stayed on this quiet cove many times over the years and love the access to Seaside and all the Watercolor amenities. The house suited our six adults perfectly and had room for more.

We loved our stay here! Absolutely perfect location and will definitely be back! Great communication and they even let us extend our stay with ease.

The rate needs to reflect the condition of the property. This property needs a small investment to get up to the standards of similarly priced homes in the area. This, along with a complete and thorough cleaning, the value will be in balance with other comps. The grill needs to be replaced. Excessive bacteria.

Wonderful girls’ getaway. The place was very clean and the location was amazing.
