3446 O - Blue Haven Beach House

Everything about this space was perfect for our family (grown adult kids and spouses.) Spacious, awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds, lots of king size beds, ample room in the kitchen and living area. We appreciated the extras like the tar-cleaning station, boogie boards, lots of towels to use. Highly recommend!

Great location for the whole family. Fantastic amenities - we really enjoyed our stay for a family vacation. Beware with the little ones, there are tons of stairs at this property but two rooms downstairs are helpful to make sure they are safe.

Wonderful. Master mattress in top floor bedroom is terrible, and that toilet seat needs to be screwed on better. Otherwise, house was perfect!!

We rented this house for two nights with another family ( 2 adults and 6 kids) for a fun staycation during Spring Break. The management company was always quick to respond to the few questions I had. The property was clean, had plenty of space for all of us, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was steps away from the front door and delivered in our expectations. We will definitely do this type of vacation more often.

The property is conveniently located for walking to both the beach and the Channel Islands Marina. The house was well laid out for our group of three families, so that each family could have a bed/bath on a separate floor.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. It is just like in the pictures. Three levels with stairs. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground level. Living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom on the second level. And Master bedroom and bath on third level where the balcony is. The location is perfect. Only thing better is directly on the beach. The neighborhood was quiet but no issues with our family and kids playing outside. House has your go to items like towels, beach towels and kitchen supplies. There was two bikes in the garage that got used more then I thought they would so that was a plus. I would only note to other renters the following for transparency and preparation but not to deter you from renting:1. Whoever sleeps in the two first level bedrooms will hear whatever is happening in the living room and upstairs bedrooms so choose the heavy sleepers to assign there or put rowdy teens downstairs if they'll be up late. 2. The oven is small so if you need to make multiple dishes start early3. You'll need to pack spices and condiments4. If you have little ones you'll need a baby gate. We were leaving to buy one when we found one hidden in a closet that was left from a previous renter (THANK YOU!!) We would rent again!

This is a very nice house with a good layout. Wonderful location and a nice view. The house was great for cooking and spending time with family / friends.

Nice place to stay, good location for the beach

The property was the perfect location for our purposes. Steps away from the beach and near our close friends whom we were visiting. We enjoyed the roof top deck, main floor gathering space and kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The garage had three beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella and bikes. We arrived to overflowing trash bin outside, and the management company quickly sent someone to empty the bin. Management also made sure we had other items we needed in advance. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The house is across the street from the beach. You can enjoy ocean views from the balcony. It’s roomy and comfortable. Could use a teapot and a few more pans but otherwise great!

We loved our time at this house. It is so well located for beach access and everything was clean comfortable.

Attended a family wedding in Carmarillo, and our family of six adults (3 husband/wife couples) chose this place because of: 1. Location - right across the street from beach access 2. All king or queen beds - Nobody needed to sleep in twin beds 3. Three full bathrooms for getting ready each day 4. Nice living room and dining room table for social time Photos are accurate, and even though it is a pet friendly home, signs of animal guests was not evident. Great kitchen for stove and microwave cooking. Oven was just ok. There is plenty of cookware, serving and dining pieces. Only wish was a outdoor grill. This was the first rental without one. Had to change our grilled steaks menu to a roast which wasn't the end of the world. Comfortable beds, uncomfortable (firm) pillows Nice area to walk, local (within walking) dining venues just ok. We opted to cook.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at beach houses managed by the Remax team for at least 10 years. The team is amazingly helpful and efficient. This house was a favorite. We had an extended-family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room! The house is very clean, well equipped and very close to the beach! We highly recommend this house and the Remax Stay at the Sea Team.

We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Beach! Great little quiet community. The weather was foggy most days but the beach still enjoyable for walking and exploring.
