What a beautiful home and well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The location and view were great. The house was immaculately clean. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

We had no issues with the home itself. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the neighbors who share a wall with the property. On one occasion, they told us to “shut up” while we were simply talking outside, and another time they came out and tried to intimidate us with unfriendly looks and their angry behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.We were a group of 10, including 4 children ages 8–14. While it’s possible we could have been quieter coming and going, we were not excessively loud. It may be helpful for future guests if a noise monitor and/or outdoor cameras were in place to avoid any potential misunderstandings with neighbors.

The home was wonderful and welcoming. We planned a vacation stay for our multi generational family. It fit all of our needs well. Home was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

Everything was in great condition and the place was comfortably furnished. The beach is so quiet and peaceful. It is awkward to get to the beach. You have to pass through a bedroom or go out the front door and go around the house. But we did not find that to be a big deal.

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!
