Amazing house right on the sand. Very private area, very quite beach. The location is great being right across from the marina as well. We walked for coffee every morning to the HoneyCup and enjoyed the marina areas while note hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach and water or being on the beach right out the back slider.

The home steps out to a very wide expansive beach with hardly a soul on it. We felt like we had a private beach! The home is gorgeous and has a nice wide open plan. Plenty of space for a family and entertaining. It is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods and towels which we really appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean but the kitchen was not quite as spotless. Plus there are ants so you need to be very careful about leaving anything on the counter. We had a few things that needed repairs but Remax was super responsive and sent someone out right away. The 4th bedroom on the main floor is very stuffy and has no fan. We had to keep the windows open which are very hard to open but it is still hot in there. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved the gorgeous views, especially from the rooftop patio. The elevator was a welcome surprise that was very useful in carrying heavy loads to the upper floors.

Great house, definitely on our top list. Will definitely book again. Loved the brach views, the top deck, and the house itself.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the sand and close to everything we needed. It made for a truly enjoyable and stress-free vacation. We’d absolutely love to come back!

All closets were in disarray and overall cleanliness is poor. We shared the place with ants inside and pigeons outside! Will definitely go back to this beach but not this house!

From the time we made our initial reservation until the time we checked out, I have never experienced a more professional and attentive group of people. They answered every request and handled a couple concerns we experienced at the property.The home was in a great location (beachfront) that we totally enjoyed. There are a few issues with the home that I believe need attention that I shared with Gold Coast prior to checkout. Overall a very good experience.

Very clean and nicely decorated home. Lots of beach toys for children and bikes for adults. The beach was quiet and not crowded even on the weekend.Short walk to the farmer's market and harbor. Grocery stores about a mile away so we didn't have to bring much from home.

The location was perfect, the house was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, toys, kitchen tools, etc. Everything you could think of for an excellent trip! Highly recommended. My only issue is with check in/check out. I know it's the way of the world these days, but when you're paying $1,100+ per night, it would be nice to have a full day. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am and they charge $50 for every hour if you request late check out. That said, the property itself is great.

The solitude of the beach area was relaxing. Watching the travel of the boats and the Channel Islands appearing & disappearing was fascinating.

It’s the little things that make this home so special, like soft and cozy sheets and towels. The view is amazing and the coffee table is perfect for a 2000 piece puzzle. Beautiful home right on the beach. It was the perfect size for our family. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and management responded right away with any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.
