The perfect waterfront retreat! Great deep-water canal off Homosassa River! No bridges. 2/2 upstairs with cedar wood interior and Trex deck. Downstairs, an additional bed in an open alcove area, bathroom, and a game room.
This is a gated peninsula property with 2 homes/boat docks. We do not own the other home/boat dock and it is not a rental, but is private property. Our home and boat dock is available as a rental. It is a 2 story stilt home. There is a 50’ Trex boat doc

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Very responsive and helpful. Had an issue with sink draining and plumber was sent out in hours. TV in living room has burned in spots.Property in a great location. Dock has power and will take 25ft boat. Caution at low tide entering River. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Easy access to the bay. We enjoyed scalloping and hanging out at the springs. Homosassa has plenty of festivities right on the river with great places to eat. We enjoyed several home cooked meals and even cooked out for the 4th of July! We were able to watch the fireworks right from the balcony. I would recommend adding some furniture downstairs, especially seating in front of the tv. There was only a bed downstairs and a huge empty room with no blinds, which I'm sure has something to do with the recent storm. Also, possibly add some patio furniture around the balcony. It’s such a great view but no seating. For future guest, they may want to bring folding chairs. Fortunately, we had some and placed them around the deck. It worked out great! We enjoyed our stay and the house was comfortable, clean and well kept!

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Perfect place for my bud and I to fish a couple of days. Great location and access to river and beyond. Definitely stay there next trip to Homosassa. Don’t forget your own soap and shampoos.

Stayed May 30, 2025We always rent a place for the Cobia big fish tournament to give extra boat parking and sleeping for our family/friends that fish with us. This place worked great for that. I wished there was better parking we had to shuttle people from our house to this house because there wasn’t room. But that was terrible. The house was very clean and neat. I paid the pet fee because I never knew if my dog would be with me when I was at this property but once I saw the almost white carpet. And it was a rainy weekend. No way was I going to risk her on that carpet. So something for people that bring pets. To think about. It was a great place to stay. The host was very quick responding to questions thank you !

Stayed Apr 1, 2025My wife & I spent 5 days at this lovely place in Homosassa, FL. We were able to launch our 20 ft Bay boat at the nearby public boat launch and park it right behind the house at a private dock. We had easy access to the river and the Gulf for fishing and boating. The house itself is large & roomy (& pet friendly). The town of Homosassa has a lot of good places to eat & drink. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025We loved the location of the house and we were able to keep our boat docked to take out for fishing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do! Will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The home was accommodating for the 4 of us. The dock was perfect for our 21ft boat. No room on property for boat trailer. We parked our truck and trailer at the Riverhaven Marina, 4 day pass. We did not utilize the downstairs area of the home during our stay. The location is perfect for quick access to the Homosassa River. Great communication with owner. Would recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We stayed here for 4 nights at the opening of scalloping season. The communication was excellent and we were offered to check in early which was nice. The location is quiet and very relaxing. The home is very nice as well. It had everything we needed. The upstairs bathrooms were very spacious. The downstairs has a ping pong table and pool table so our teenagers really enjoyed that. We brought our 24’ boat and it was a plus to be able to dock it overnight behind the house. The run to the gulf was quick and easy. It’s a longer ride to the spring but still enjoyable. We would definitely consider this property for future visits.
