Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is obviously for rental purposes only. Kitchen items were limited, 3 knives in the house for 10 people, that sort of thing. Minimal decor and furniture. The previous renter had crabs and left them in the garage so our first day there were flies everywhere and all qeek we were killing flies. I don't think the cleaning crew did a good job overall cleaning the house before we arrived. Location was great, short walk to the clubhouse. With 3 kids, I would have preferred all bed rooms upstairs. It was two and two. Made it hard with two toddlers at night. Overall it's a nice house to rent and I would recommend it.

Amazing vacation! I take the lead on our family vacations each year and honestly, it will be difficult to top this one. Beautiful, clean, large home. Safe gated community. Biking, kayaking, gym, pools all available within the community. The only criticism from my children is that I told them that we would be six miles from Bethany Beach as that is what was indicated. The beaches were much further than six miles by car, but otherwise it was just wonderful! Thank you for great summer memories!

We have been looking forward to our week at the Peninsula in Millsboro Delaware all year! It did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, including the home which felt like home away from home to all of us! Thank you for making this a wonderful family vacation for all of us!

We love the room layout of the home and spending time on the patio in the evening. It was very easy to work with the property management company on any questions or requests that we had.

The house is beautiful but the house alarm going off upon check in and not being able to disarm it without getting the property manager who then had to get a hold of the owner who then had to reach the alarm company made for a frazzling check in. We also paid 600.00 for linen set up and rentals. No linens or towels were provided. They did eventually refund us. The alarm beeped every 30 seconds for 2 days until we finally had to complain for it was maddening. The alarm company had to resolve that. It's such a pretty house but it was not a good experience for us.

Our check in time was 2:00 and we arrived at 3:00. The cleaning crew was still cleaning and we waited for them to finish. Overall, the house was very nice; however, we didn't realize we weren't allowed to play corn hole in the front yard and 'security' told us we must stop. We tried playing in the backyard but it was too 'buggy' to enjoy. The 'packet' we received from the realtor was filled with poor quality copies of handouts that were difficult to read and the maps were not helpful due to poor print quality. However, we explored ourselves and really enjoyed the trails, pools and kayaks. The Terrance Grille was perfect for lunch by the pools. The pickle ball courts were great!! Overall the community facilities were wonderful to use.
