This four bedroom, two bathroom home has been furnished spectacularly, just perfect for your next holiday. This property has been designed to take in the views. Moor your boat on your own private floating jetty or watch the sunset with your favorite beverage on the large deck. Wi-fi included.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

    Great property with all amenities. Very spacious and clean. Close to town, but not walkable with young kids. Can walk to some restaurants. There is no oil/spices/basics at the property, anything left behind is thrown away so be prepared to buy all staples.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is excellent, particularity if you have a boat and can utilize the jetty. It is well appointed, clean and tidy. The problem I had was that I bought a boat and planned this holiday around it as I'm sure many other do. Due to COVID, staff and supply issues the boat I purchased was several months late and the cancellation policy offered by Exmouth Holidays was too inflexible to achieve a result that would have made our holiday and customer experience one that we would remember (if we had a boat) and also reflect on positively. I will be far more wary of cancellation/change policies when planning holidays in future and would not recommend booking anything with Exmouth Holidays to others, particularly in the new normal uncertain times when flexibility and understanding are so essential to customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, it is a double whammy as I had to abandon another week in a separate property managed by Exmouth Holidays because it wasn't worth sitting around in a marina wishing we had the boat we bought almost 12 months ago. What could have been an annual pilgrimage, if managed differently, will ultimately result in scrapping this option off the list.

Reviewer Comments: As there were three couples travelling to Exmouth, we looked for a place with three bedrooms and three bathrooms - 33 Inggarda Lane filled the bill. On top of that it was a beautiful house, with a great location, decor and other extras.

    We absolutely loved this property for our group of 8 - 2 x families with 2 kids each aged from 9 - 12. We found the layout was perfect with the kids 'living' downstairs whilst the adults enjoyed some time 'living' upstairs! The bed fitout was perfect, with the 2 downstairs bedrooms fitted with a king bed each that can be separated into 2 singles - perfect for our 2 girls and 2 boys & the 2 bedrooms upstairs with huge king sized beds, the master with a spa bath in its ensuite but the second bedroom with it's only little ensuite too. With a bathroom/toilet between the bedrooms downstairs for the kids to share. They had a lot of fun having their own space and enjoyed the pool table immensely. The adults loved the outdoor living especially the upstairs balcony for that morning cuppa as the sun glistened across the beautiful canals. The kids had loads of fun fishing off our very own private pontoon and many a gorgeous sunset was viewed from here. The kids and adults equally enjoyed the outdoor spa. We would definitely book this property again, its location great with an easy walk to the best food and craft beers to satisfy any beer connoisseur and amazing cocktails for the ladies in town at Whalers.

    We absolutely loved staying in the house the lay out and location was perfect.Very well thought out. Would def recommend to anyone wanting to stay. Very good value for money.
