3/2 home, private pool & dock, screened patio, parking, hot tub, amazing views!

The house was very nice and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and straight forward. One of the main reasons we picked this house was the hot tub but the heat did not work for the majority of our 2 week stay. The stench from the seaweed that gathers up on shore could be overwhelming at times. Not much you can do about that except hope the wind blows the other way.

This house is in a great location. You're right on the water (caught some fish off the docks). It was very easy to get to parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Traffic was not a problem in Marathon early December. Our host responded quickly to all requests. This house is not new, but pretty much met all our needs. The TV/WiFi service was much better than most places we've stayed.We didn't get to use the kayaks. Our first 2 days that would have worked as we did other things. Then the winds picked up.

Fabulous house right on the ocean with a long dock for fishing. We reall enjoyed our stay here and hope to rent this property again soon. Thanks so much!

Everything was nice exactly as described. Very peaceful and we had more privacy than any other stay in the keys.

Great location halfway point in the keys. About an hour drive to Key West. Super quiet area. There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. You can relax in the home or outside there is a screened in porch with beautiful views or sit out by the pool or out at the end of the dock. Nice size pool and a hot tub. You can snorkel off the dock or take one of the two kayaks out. There is also games and a pool table. One evening we did see a nurse shark swim around in front of the dock which was cool. Super nice kitchen which has all the cooking utensils and pans that you need. It's like a 10 min drive to grocery store in Marathon. If you have a problem with stairs this place is not for you. It was not an issue for us but there is only 2 staircases to get up to the house. Sunsets are amazing here. King bed was so comfortable. House was super clean. Snorkeling we saw lots of small fish, some barracuda. Out on the kayaks my kids saw some dolphins. Lindsey the host was great, always answered my questions quickly. Everything about the place was A. The only things I could say need improved is the tiles around the outside of the pool are coming off and need replaced, and the pillows on all the beds seem older & could use updating. It would also be helpful to have instructions operating the hot tub & the living room cable tv was a little confusing. Bring bug spray the no seeums were bad by pool. Would definitely stay again! My family loved the place!!

Property is beautiful and clean. No issues at all.Have stayed here before and will be coming back!

Excellent location. House just as pictured.

Second time staying on Grassy Key. Love the area. Not much better than sipping coffee in the wee hours of the morning on a fantastic screen deck with the Gulf in full view. The house was perfect. The photos do not do the inside or screened areas justice. Tons of space for your crowd. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for any cooking in and having a washer/dryer on living level, and lower level was a nice bonus for those beach towels. The new dock was really nice and we saw sting rays, needle fish, a nurse shark and lots of other sea life. Any communications with property manager were prompt and responsive. No reservations at all about recommending this property. Plenty of space for you and your family to kick back, relax and soak up all the keys has to offer.

We had great stay. The only issue were the steps. That was a personal problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Habana. The house is lovely and in a great neighborhood. The privacy, views, pier, pool and ocean area were fantastic! The home is well stocked and the kayaks and outside games were enjoyed by all of us. We would highly recommend this vacation home.

We loved everything about this property. We can't wait to come back and stay again!!
