This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

    Overall the weekend we had at the accommodation was brilliant. All the people staying enjoyed it.The only downside was the cleanliness of the house mainly the toilets and the dishwasher which wasn’t working.I read the guest book and it appears that the dishwasher has been broken for some time (one guest stated it had been broken 5 month prior to their stay in march). Given the cost of the accommodation, I would have expected this to be fixed when it was first reported.Not only was it not working but the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it that had been in there for some time also creating its own thriving ecosystem, photos attached.

    The house was clean and tidy, with plenty of space, excellent location, great furniture for a large group, and a beautiful view off the back deck. The only very minor negatives were, there were no dish washer tablets, and the cutlery drawer was a bit stinky and we couldn’t figure out what the smell was coming from. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a quick 5 day get away. Very convenient location for mooring up a boat out the front and shooting out for a days fishing. House had everything we needed. And comfortably slept our large group. Pool was a perfect way to cool off at the end of the day.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awful. The property was infested with cockroaches. We had to cut our holiday short by 4 days and left less than 48 hours after checking in. The owner of the property was very kind and understanding and gave us a full refund and sought to rectify the problem immediately. However Ray White Real Estate charged us full cleaning fees of over $700 and I had to follow up with them multiple times before they would release the refund. Please note the owner was fabulous and has sought to fix the problem by means of fumigation. Ray White were not as gracious and if they had of at least negotiated a lesser cleaning fee and offered recompense for losses incurred such a flight change charges, this review would have been more favourable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: from the start all of the team at Exmouth holidays, were very helpful and patient with all of our questions. We were 3 couples, so the floor plan and amenties of the house were perfect for us. We loved the balcony area with dining, lounging and BBq space. the afternoon and evening views were magnificent and shady. we ended up relaxing and cooking at home every night. Great morning walks to town, and around the surrounds each morning.
