The house is great, the whole area though is very confusing. To many things you have to do before you can enjoy your vacation. No map of the area to get bands for pool, ride tram, etc. Alys beach is private, not sure why that is listed in the description. You have to rent chairs in order to have room on the beach. The instructions said the code for the shed to get the key would be ready at 4:45 it wasn’t. Making sure you didn’t loose the key for the front door was not fun either, should be a combo door knob. Overall the house was nice, didn’t like the area.

Can't beat staying at this VRBO! Cloud Nine was perfect for our family reunion. Wendy was great and quick to answer any questions we had. The place was clean and everything is exactly as you read it online. You cant' beat the location and what Cloud Nine has to offer. This is the place to stay!

The property was beautiful, very spacious, and met the needs of our entire family. It was decorated beautifully. It was very homey. The quality of the mattresses were great. The easy access to the pool and tram was terrific. The beach equipment was great (we added to it by leaving a cooler for future use). The bonus deck on the third floor was a fantastic addition. The few minor issues upon check-in were quickly addressed; Wendy was responsive and fantastic!!

Our stay at Cloud Nine was fabulous!! We love Seacrest and this was our fourth vacation in the neighborhood. And we all agreed that this home is our very favorite. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family of 13, ranging in ages from 6 to 76. Our favorite space was the incredible 3rd floor balcony where we ate dinner every night. I mean, wow!! We also enjoyed the open and airy kitchen, dining and living room area. Both were fantastic for time together. And there were plenty of spaces to get away and read a book as well.Cloud Nine also is the most well-stocked kitchen of anywhere we’ve stayed. Wendy was a great host, so accessible. Whenever I reached out with a question she answered back almost immediately!Without a doubt, this is THE home we want to stay in for any future Seacrest vacations!

We had a great time at Cloud 9. The neighborhood and the atmosphere were amazing. Haven't felt this safe in a new area in decades! Riding bikes everywhere. The pool was great. The Beach was very crowded, but still very nice. My family has already decided we will go back!

Our family had such a lovely week of making memories on Cloud Nine! PerfectLocation and such a nice neighborhood. Wendy was a pleasure to talk to and so very helpful. Cloud Nine has everything you need for a fun week at the beach. We hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the things we needed for cooking, going to the beach and going to the pool. Wendy gave us all the information we needed about the property, the community, restaurants, shopping and even. a photographer! She was wonderful to work with! I’d highly recommend staying at Cliud 9!

It was as pictured, which was great. We really enjoyed the 3rd floor outdoor area to cook and enjoy even on a rainy day. The house was a great location to the pool and beach. Cute community and surrounding areas.

Cloud Nine was a spacious, clean home for the entire family. Seacrest is family friendly with lots of things to do for the entire family. The owner was extremely attentive and their home was a perfect spot. And of course, the water was gorgeous!!! We loved it!

We had 3 families with a total of 15 of us stay in this house over spring break. The house was very clean and spacious. It was in a great location, with easy access to the huge resort style pool and a short walk to the beach. There were plenty of separate spaces for us to gather in smaller groups or even altogether without feeling cramped. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Wendy was a great host to collaborate with and when we told her the hair dryer was broken and one missing and the coffee maker also didn’t work, she ordered replacements that were delivered the same day! Appreciated that significantly. While not in her control as she wasn’t the one to clean the house there was dust, fake eyelashes in a bathroom and one bedroom has significant amount of sand in the room right as we got there. The house was as described and seen in pictures and we had plenty of room for our family. We did enjoy ourselves at Cloud 9 and would consider staying there next time we come to Seacrest.

If you are looking for a house to accommodate all age groups without feeling crowded, look no further! This house was perfect in every way! Wendy was very responsive to any questions, location was wonderful, pool and beach access easy! The kids loved riding the tram to the beach but equally loved the pool. When we asked our 3 year old grandson what he loved most, he said, “Everything!” Lastly, 3rd floor space made grilling or carry out even better than eating out when you have toddlers! Thx for everything , Wendy! It truly was like being on Cloud 9!

Highly recommend this beautiful home for a family vacation. Coffee and breakfast in the downstairs kitchen at the family table was the perfect way to start our days at the beach and the amazing pool! Bike rides in the beautiful & safe neighborhood, or riding in to Rosemary Beach, not to mention Dinners on the huge 3rd floor deck complete with grill, refrigerator and a table that easily accommodated all 16 of us!! We made some awesome memories and hope to come back. Thank you Wendy for making our stay so special!!!!
