30A Luxury Town Home, Pool Side Newly Renovated, Pet Friendly/ 5 min. to beach

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous condo. The entire process was seamless. Sherry Carter is the best as a host. We would recommend her and this condo to anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable place to spend your vacation. Top notch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sherry’s townhouse. It was spacious, well equipped, clean, and overall exactly what our family needed for a vacation rental. The walk to the beach was easy, and made very convenient by the use of the beach wagon. The pool and community amenities were fantastic. Sherry was a great host, and we cannot wait for our stay at her unit again next year.

Everything was very clean! Location was great. Amenities were lovely. A couple of tips- The emailed instructions from the owner (for getting into the home) were totally different than the instructions sent via the VRBO app so that was a bit confusing when trying to gain access. We just tried both and the one emailed from the owner worked. A map of where to get the private beach access would have been helpful as it was not searchable on Google. No paper towels or beach towels were provided- not a big deal, just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, it was a great house with plenty of room to spread out for family of 5!

My family and I enjoyed this property so much! The beds were so comfortable and the home was very clean. The home is beautiful!! We walked every morning to a Cafe that was near by and the area around the property is so lively. The beach access was so close, just in waking distance. Sherry had beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler avaliable for our use when going to the beach. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this location to everyone!!

I will plan on staying here again! Great communication, cleanliness, location and well-stocked!

Fantastic rental location, huge pool steps from the back door. Moments away fro Pickle ball courts, dining, shopping and walks on the beach. The townhome was well stocked, clean and spacious. A wonderful last minute getaway spot that didn’t disappoint. Thank you Sherry, we will be back!!!!!

Nice unit and easy walk to restaurants, coffee truck and the beach. Was a great space for family of 5. Easy parking. Beach chairs and wagon could probably use a refresh but nice area on 30A

I see now why so many reviewers have stayed multiple times. The walk to the beach and all of the restaurants is a short 5 min walk. Gulf place has just enough restaurants and shops for everything you need without being overcrowded. It was a short 15 min drive to seaside if you are looking for more. The beach was private. The property overlooks the pool and the tennis/ pickleball courts are right beside the unit. You can’t ask for a better location. The unit was very clean and anything we could think of was provided. The checkout process was very easy, and the owner was very accommodating. We had an issue with the AC and she had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. We also brought our dogs and there were so many trails to walk them. The whole property is very pet friendly. We will be staying again next year.

The stay was absolutely amazing except when the air conditioning went out on the day before we left which no one had control over. We had to wait 4 hours for the technician which cut into our vacation time. Other than that, this was an amazing experience!

Beautiful townhome within walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Pool, pickleball and tennis courts are steps away. Sherry was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the area and our stay! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great location. Love the small beach town feel. Condo is in a great spot, steps from the tennis court and the pool which is heated! April is a great time to go. Perfect weather. We rented e-bikes and rode all the way to Rosemary Beach. Unit itself is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Quality mattress and bedding. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner had beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Remember to bring your own beach towels!Sherry is very responsive and communicates well. We had trouble getting the door opened with the keypad, and she responded quickly when we called and had a solution for us. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again if we return to this area.

This home was perfect for our family of four with two teen girls. Everyone got their own space which is key for a good vacation for us. The place was clean and just felt like home. It was a short walk to the beach that was fairly quiet even for spring break time. We would defineltly stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our family. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops and dining. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend.

Nice 2 story townhouse, great location overlooking the pool, had all the ammenities that we needed for our 2 year old grandson, nice close walk to the beach and to the 3 pools and 2 hot tubs available. Only downside to our timing of our trip is that one of the buildings they were working on the decks facing pool and hot tub which unfortunately was the better pool and hot tub. Other than that great place and location. Would go again.

The photos of this home are inaccurate….upon walking in, I told my husband, “this is way prettier than the photos show!” Not only is the home beautiful, but it was very clean, and the complex is family friendly and quiet. We especially loved that we hardly had to drive at all….so close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. When we did need to drive (Walmart, Publix, Grayton Beach…all were a very short drive)! We also loved that the pool was right outside the door! Thank you, Sherry for sharing your beautiful home!
