Stayed Jun 11, 2026Great house. Very well stocked with all the essentials, very clean and well decorated, perfect for a large family. Beach access is a little tricky, there is no parking available for golf carts or cars (unless you are there at 7am) so we had to do drop off and one had to stay back. Overall it was a great trip!

Stayed May 22, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome. Communication with the host was fast and excellent. Everything was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need for a comfortable stay and more. 3 levels, a front balcony porch as well as a back patio lent more than enough room for our family. We loved the use of the golf cart and the ease of parking close to beach access even on a holiday weekend. The pool was conveniently right across from the townhome and easy to pop in and out of when we weren’t at the beach or out shopping. We also loved the coffee shop and shopping right around the corner from us. All in all, great stay, great location and great rental. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Daze. The hosts literally thought of everything. The home is perfect for family’s with small children or teenagers. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes provided. The house was clean and kitchen stocked with the necessary utensils and appliances. We loved that all the beach gear and beach towels were provided. No need to bring all that. The pool at the complex was nice too. The only complaint we had was beach access. We went a couple miles down the road to Santa Clara beach access. If you go early it’s no trouble getting a parking space. Of course we were there the busiest week of the year so traffic is expected. All in all we give the house a 10 out of 10. We would definitely come back!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The property was lovely! We especially loved having 2 separate living room areas! Having 2 King master suites and a third regular King room was exactly what we needed! Located right across from the pool for quick access. And only .4 miles from beach access! Also having the golf cart was a game changer. Within walking distance to Greenway Station with great coffee shops and other restaurants and only 2 miles from The Big Chill. We would recommend highly!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This is our 2nd year in a row to stay. We love the property, the convenience, the golf cart, the beds are some of the most comfortable ones we have ever slept on! The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked and we didn’t have to lug everything with us. That was a plus this year! Hope to go back next year!
