30A Luxury | Designer | Bikes, 4 Minutes to Beach, 1 Minute to Pool

House was shown as seen in photos. Very clean and close to all in town. Bike riding was a big plus traveling to the town and to beach but close enough to walk to all and restaurants. Highly recommend for girls getaway or spouses too.

I loved the home for our holiday stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The common areas were beautiful and perfect for what we needed.I also had a few questions for the management company that I was able to text to their team. We had some confussion with our bikes, that were resolved immediately and i needed a tool for the kitchen that they were able to supply within an hour! Amazing service!

This is perfect for 1 or maybe 2 families, but a bit crowded for 3 moms and 5 teenage girls. The washer was broken and that was a bit of a challenge. The management company was very responsive and brought over a huge bag of towels since we could not do laundry. The kitchen was nice but small, and had very few necessities. Would have liked a wine opener and some salt and pepper. I think if they better equipped the kitchen and the washer was working we would have given 5 stars.

We love 30A and have stayed here many times before, but this time something went terribly wrong. The house was infested with insects. Every bathroom had cockroaches, ants, and spiders. While we understand this is Florida and a few bugs might get in, the number we encountered was far beyond what’s acceptable—especially in a place marketed as luxury. Our entire vacation experience was ruined by this, and calling customer service didn’t help. Unfortunately, this will likely be our last stay with 30A Luxury Vacations. Charging premium prices and delivering a home full of insects is simply unacceptable.

This property couldn’t have been better for the space and family friendly area we needed. The walk to the beach was as advertised and having our own garage was perfect. My only complaint is the couch could be updated along with the living room rug. Other than that the property exceeded our expectations.

It's in a great location - a block from the town square and close to the beach. Its a little noisy this close to 30A and the parking area, but super-accessible, so its a tradeoff. House was really nice - great layout great living room (big for everyone). There are a few things missing in the house - Smart TV setup in the secondary bedrooms, ceiling fans, etc...but they were small thigns that were more than made up for by the rest of the house. 30ALV was awesome to deal with - super responsive and helpful.

It was only short walk to the beach and even shorter to shops and restaurants. The upstairs was a lovely and airy open plan layout. We felt the kitchen was lacking in cookware and some cooking utensils, but we ended up eating out a lot.
