300 m2 family home with garden and swimming pool, in the center of Tours

Absolutely beautiful house in a wonderful city. The house is really stylish and spacious. The garden is beautiful and really private. The pool right by the house so easy to keep an eye on the kids. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to Place Plumereau which is the old cobbled centre with all the lovely bars and restaurants. The beds are comfy and it was all really clean with everything provided that you could need. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us!

The house was perfect for our family stay in tours. Everything worked as described. Fanny and Jean-Michel are lovely hosts who gave us many practical tips for our stay. Check-in and check-out was an enjoyable experience. We would love to come back exploring more sights in the Loire Valley.

Amazing house, gorgeous art, lots of space, brilliant pool and beautiful garden. 4 big bedrooms all with queen beds. 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite ( but no toilet) then 3 separate toilets- one on each floor. The kitchen was fabulous. Modern with lovely crockery and equipment. A great bbq and outdoor eating area in a totally private back garden. The house was close to a supermarket and lots of food markets and patisseries. There was a bike which we all used lots. We stayed here with our family. It was perfect for a bit of luxury.

Large and private home in the center of Tours that was an ideal location to stay with my family. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to relax with comfortable sleeping accommodations. The location is also an ideal spot in Tours, 1 block from a beautiful garden in a quiet neighborhood and a short walking distance to the river and restaurants. Fanny was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any inquiries we had during our stay.

We highly recommend this property! It had everything our family of five needed for a comfortable stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and updated with plenty of sleeping room for us and our three teens. The garden space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a meal outdoors. It was also really helpful to have a parking space for our rental car. Although we drove to visit neighboring towns and chateaus, we also did quite of bit of walking since we were quite close to shops, restaurants, local markets and points of interest. We had the pleasure of meeting Fanny and Jean Michel who were so lovely. They were very welcoming, and extremely helpful by providing a wide variety of recommendations for our stay! Don’t hesitate to book with them!

This holiday home surpassed our expectations! It was every bit as stylish and beautiful as the photos, was located on a quiet street but just a stone’s throw away from the old town and fabulous restaurants of Tours.
