Stayed Jul 22, 2025The apartment was very modern, despite being located in a building built in the 1200s. Very modern full kitchen. Location was in the heart of old Tours, yet very quiet. The on-site, secure, undercover parking was a real bonus. We were able to head out during the day and return to a secure spacious sanctuary. We were 2 couples and the apartment size was more than adequate.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024David's place was a dream property! This is a meticulously renovated, gorgeously modern place. The kitchen is so well designed, with everything you could wish for if you want to prepare a meal. The main living space has radiant floor heating, also skylights that can open and close automatically. The TV is a full size wall projection! And there's art! beautifully curated throughout the rooms. Great showers, great bathrooms, and the location is magnificent. A sweet little street close to everything, including a Michelin starred restaurant which we enjoyed during our visit. It's also very quiet at night, for a great rest. We had made a mistake in our booking, and David was magnificent in the way he took care of us. Also, check-in was so easy...we had great communication throughout our stay. We look forward to another visit!!!
