Stayed Jun 4, 2025We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home! Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids fit perfectly, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The layout is great for families or multiple couples traveling together: everyone had room to unwind, especially on the many decks, and the kids loved having the bunk room.One of the best surprises was discovering that the home is in a gated neighborhood with private beach access. That added layer of security and exclusivity made the trip even more relaxing. The beach was just a short, easy walk away (about 30 seconds from the front door), and it was never crowded, which made our beach days feel truly special.The house itself is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to beach gear. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub, which were only a minute away and perfect for winding down in the evenings.Overall, this was the ideal setup for our group, and we’re so glad we found this gem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly beach getaway! If we visit Destin again with a large group, this will be the spot we stay.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Convenient layout with beds on 1st and 3rd and (large) kitchen/living/dining on the 2nd floor. Several patios to enjoy mornings and evenings. The clincher is the short walking distance to private beach. Forget drinks? Sunscreen? No problem - it's like 2 minutes tops from front door to wet sand. Not to mention, short drive to retail/grocer/restaurants.
