Stayed Jan 23, 2026We had a great two night stay at this home. The host was very responsive to a few questions and accommodated the early check-in request. The home was clean upon arrival and very comfortable. They had a recent snowstorm and the driveway wasn't cleared nor the back entry to home but there was a shovel to create a path. The home is close to all needed amenities/shopping and a short drive to Blue Mesa reservoir for some ice fishing. The keyless entry didn't work for us, but maybe user error! We would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to this house! It was very comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The host was a great and helpful communicator. The only issue we had was that the upstairs tv doesn’t work so we couldn’t use it.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Great place for 6 adults and small kids. Fenced back yard, playground right down the alley. Limited parking at the home but plenty of parking on the street a short distance from the rental. Also pet friendly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A fantastic few days in the Gunnison Valley, launching from this home. We had easy access to local trails, as well as the University, but truly enjoyed spending time cooking, sharing meals, and playing games in this bright, clean home. I was very grateful for the host’s attentive feedback and care!
