This is our very favorite place to stay. Everything we could need is there, it is very clean, and it is in a quiet location.

Lovely home and location with nice views. Large kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. for all cooking needs. Close to great beaches and ice cream shops. Some of us went canoeing on the pond, which was nice. It would have been even better if we were able to swim in the pond.

Our family was so grateful for our stay. It was easy access to all of our favorite locations, but also offered a private neighborhood for quiet relaxation on the pond. The house was very well equipt and easy to access.

This is our 4th year at Sandy and Bernie’s beautiful pond view home. My family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay each and every year. The Forands could not be more accommodating. The home is beautiful and the view stunning. We plan on returning for the foreseeable future.

We go every year Our group keeps getting bigger as the grandchildren grow up, find girlfriends and marry. They just keep coming and going. This house was beautiful and served us just right. Close to beach and towns. Hope Matunuck Oyster House is open again next year. One of our favorites. Planning on returning next year.

We went there for the week with our 3 grown children and their families. There was plenty of space and amenities for us all to be there and we weren’t crowded. Having the full size crib and high chair was a huge help! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need except food for the week. We really enjoyed it!!

As a frequent user of VRBO, I have learned to pay close attention to reviews. Here the reviews were very enthusiastic about the quality of the house and the attention to detail of the owners. Our experience confirmed that in every way. It is sometimes only a slogan to say we treat you like a guest but here it was true. Our group of six was intent on cooking for each other; the kitchen and its supplies were superior and we had a wonderful time making and serving meals. We recommend this house without reservation!

This was a perfect location & tranquil spot for my elderly in-laws and kids from 11-21, as well as me & my Husband.We hope to be able to get back here in the summer or fall.

This is a wonderful house and situation. We enjoyed every moment of our two weeks there. We entertained many guests, all of whom loved the house. The house itself is lovingly decorated and very well supplied. The view peaceful and restorative and many amenities available. We spent lots of time at the beach (for which beach passes are provided) as well are much time just hanging at the house with friends and family. A lovely experience!

Perfect dining room table and living room for a family of nine, yet plenty of space for quiet time alone. Very well equipped kitchen; didn’t need all the utensils we brought from home. Quiet woodland setting with beautiful view of pond, yet close to beaches. Everyone of all ages had a wonderful time.

We returned for the third year to this fantastic property and had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pond. The location is ideal and provides easy access to surrounding beaches. We are eager to come back soon!

Weather didn't cooperate, but still had a great time.

We spent a wonderful week at this lakeside home. The house layout was excellent for our 3 family units. Erveryone had their own private area while we all hung out together in the comfortable 3rd floor living room/dinning room/kitchen open area or the 3rd floor deck/outdoor eating area most of the time. There was also a comfortable den on the second floor for anyone needing a little space. The house was stocked with all the big and little things you need for a vacation like this, unlike any rental I've ever had. We brought extensive kitchen tools and supplies, games, beach chairs, beach umbrellas etc and none were necessary- everything we needed was already there- every time! There was a great lake canoe+2 kayaks (3 life jackets only: kid, teen + adult). The 2 car beach passes were great for a nice beach a short drive away + during the week there was plenty of parking any time of day (didn't go on the weekend). The master suite is a perfect space + a second bedroom had it own bath and was very nice. The 3rd adult BR is adjacent to the kids room and just fine. I also should add the elevator was a great help moving in with all our heavy stuff . We didn't need it often but when we did it was a real asset. Lastly, Sanda is a perfect host. She responded to any question within a few minutes each time and always helpful. I expect we will be back at this wonderful home next year!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. I have stayed at many rental properties and none compare when it comes to the care that is put in and completeness (everything and anything you can think of is there!). Sandy is wonderful, attentive, and communicative as needed without being overbearing. Thank you for having us!!
