This beautiful, fully furnished 3-bed 3-bath house right on the Russian River was built from the ground up by the owner in 2023 with a lot of love, using some antique, historic materials. It's two miles from Healdsburg city center. The house looks directly over the Russian River, with river access downa path to the beach. It has parking for 5 cars and a garden full of tomatoes and zuchinni in the summer. There is a canoe and several kayaks available for forays along the river, a dock and shade structure on the beach in warmer months, and a ping-pong table outdoors. The house's first floor is open plan including living, dining, and kitchen, has one bathroom and a large closet. It also has a wrap around deck with river views, lounge chairs and a dining table. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two baths, and a TV room that sleeps 2 guests on a fold-out futon, as well as decks off of each bedroom with views.
One dog or cat may be allowed pending approval.
There are 2 small outbuildings on the property that the owners will use on some weekends, and separate parking for the owners.
