3-Story Townhome@Cinnamon Shore w/ Beautiful Interiors+Resort-Like Amenities!

Property was very nice - I would suggest that the owners put some kind of cover on the doors in the master bedroom - it feels a bit exposed at night

Things were clean, the layout was very functional (we spent most of the time in the 2nd floor living area), and the kitchen was well stocked. We were a huge fan of the balconies, very pleasant to sit out in the mornings and a good place to enjoy the live music and breeze in the evenings. For the minor things that came up, CS customer service was responsive and helpful. The king bed upstairs is indeed marshmallow like - very soft! Keep in mind this is a 3 story property so there is a lot of up and down of the stairs, especially if kids are in the 1st floor bunkbeds and parents are in the 3rd floor king suite!

Since there are many windows without blinds, it got hot on the 3rd floor very fast. The AC on the first floor does not cool at all, even when working. The door to the balcony on the 2nd floor bedroom was wide open when we first arrived on the property our first night. The beds, showers and garage are great, and it is a good location. Unfortunately North CS is packed all the time with 100’s of golf carts driving around. Walking around is dangerous, especially on the boardwalk. Crazy.

Reviewer Comments: We had in this house a few years ago and 1 the master bath shower has a leak big issue that was present several years back, the master bedroom was missing windows coverings, the kitchen was just a very small stream of water. The Code to enter the house did not work to enter the house. The front desk reset it and it still never worked so we had to remember to take the key always.

The unit was clean and comfortable, and the bed upstairs felt like sleeping on a marshmallow (in the best way possible!).A couple of things to note: there were no curtains on the windows in the primary bedroom, so we improvised with sheets for privacy and to block the morning light. Also, the hot water took a while to kick in, but it did eventually get warm.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

We loved having a garage and there’s plenty of outside parking. The house was very spacious and clean. We were a little disappointed at the lack of pantry space in the kitchen, especially since quite a few non-perishable food items from the previous guest were left in the small amount of pantry space. The air conditioning was not good in the first floor king bedroom,but the fan was helpful. There were a couple of bathroom maintenance issues that occurred which we advised the staff of. The outdoor grill was so dirty that it was unusable. With all that saiid, it was a great place to stay.

The Little Mermaid was very clean, a washer and dryer on the first floor, the air conditioning kept us cool, and has a great Town Circle location. Unfortunately, the second floor bedroom has seven A/C units on its ceiling causing very loud noises - to the point that guests could not sleep in the room. Shower heads were clogged and master shower poured water onto the floor. Townhome owner need to take care of these issues so I can't recommend this property until these issues are resolved.

However, the lack of attention to detail and matenience issues made our stay less than perfect. The major inconvenience was the lack of water pressure. To the point that the kitchen sink was just a trickle and the toilets would not flush properly. In addition, the dishwasher and washing machine would not function properly due to low water flow errors. The maintenance engineers came out twice but couldn't find the root of the problem. Another nuisance was a dining room table that was small cheap and wobbly. We thought it would fall apart at any moment. Plus, there were no wall hooks anywhere in the house, so nowhere to hang wet towels. Totally weird or a beach house. There were building supplies left in the laundry room and junk piled in the garage. Again, lacking attention to detail for an upscale rental. We were quite disappointed.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Cinnamon Shore has become a summer family tradition we all want to continue.
