Stayed Apr 9, 202610. Adults came to enjoy the water.-that we did!However, the house pictures do not represent well.Much improvement needs to be made. Many things are left undone and under construction or needing repair. Crumbs and mold within and trash /junk on outside . This space has potential. However, we were highly disappointed and had we not looked forward to our stay. We would have backed out upon arrival.On a good note-the AC worked great, and most of the beds were comfortable.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026This was our second time in this house and once again we had a great stay.This house is located in a perfect location on the river. We paddled from the house nearly every day. Inside there was plenty of room for our group with large enough common areas where we can gather.Unlike some other rental properties, there is ample parking for our group of adults traveling from different parts of the country.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Everything was as displayed. There was plenty to do for the kids and plenty to do for adults within driving distance. The host was very pleasant and answered any questions that we had. we had more than enough space and then some for extra guest if we needed it. Some renovations downstairs were not complete, but it was still very very nice and we will definitely stay here if we come back.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us

Stayed Oct 11, 2024After going through 2 hurricanes and really should have cancelled our trip we decided to go anyway as it was much needed. Jonathan revised the dates to one day later to accommodate our storm dilemma, no questions asked - he even messaged to say we could check in early and sent the door code. The property was in a great location with a perfect spot for swimming. It has an amazing view and all of the comforts needed. The beds were fantastic and the home is super cozy - even a basket of welcome goodies in the fridge. The dock was perfect for our boat and although we didn't use the kayaks or SUP's there were plenty to use. Great for larger family or friend groups - we go to Rainbow many times a year and will definitely stay here again.
