3-story home w/great views of ocean, fenced private pool, and easy beach access

Well laid out, super family friendly, really close to the beach, great on-site pool. Our family enjoyed our week there immensely. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s a nice house directly across the street from the beach access as a breeze. The beach is not busy at that section at all. Kitchen is well stacked. You don’t have to bring anything. The pool is very nice as is the deck surrounding it. Getting towels and linens is a nice feature. It was a blazing hot week when we were there and the AC kept up with no problem. Vacasa office is about a half mile away. If you need anything. Just a heads up they do come take your garbage for you but they do it about 5 o’clock on Saturday morning, you don’t need to put it out on the street. Beds seemed comfy enough as well.

The place was wonderful for a holiday stay. Well done and kept. Comfortable for everyone. Only recommendations are a wall oven and garbage disposal. Looking forward to another stay at the same property.

All Decked Out was a wonderful spot to gather with my brother and sister, and assorted children and grandchildren. We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend with beach walks, plenty of room to spread out and great communication with hosts. Would definitely love to stay here again.

This house has a lot of space and is in a great location. Twelve of us stayed comfortably - nice bedrooms and bathrooms, a big, open living area with a bonus sunporch (that is basically soundproof for games after the kids go to bed!), and a lovely pool/outdoor area. The beach access is right across the street, and there are ocean views from both decks. I would have given it 5 stars, except there were some issues with poor cleaning when we arrived. However, the Vacasa staff was very responsive to our concerns and even offered to send another cleaning company to the house had we felt that was necessary.

Great location on Sandbridge with beach access within 25 feet of property. House was clean and everything worked fine. Pool was in great shape. We enjoyed the week (and we lucked out with perfect weather). Best regards, John Lauer

Nice location (short walking distance to the beach) with nice pool and deck. Biggest issue I had with this house was that it was not clean. It looks like the cleaners only clean the surface area. Plenty of dirt, dust, and other unpleasant things in the crevices of the sofa or corners or room. Also, plenty of sand around the living room. If the house was cleaned completely, I would give this 5 stars.

The views were amazing from the house. The house was well stocked and very clean. It is super kid friendly. My grandkids really enjoyed themselves. Really short walk to the beach. I will visit again.

This house was very clean and well stocked kitchen. Rooms were very clean. Really enjoyed the sunroom. Could use some more tvs in the bedrooms. And would have liked the pool to be heated for extra fee. But overall it was a very nice house would book it again. Very roomy for 14 people.
