3-story beachfront home with ocean view, elevator, beach access, private hot tub

Our second year renting this large home right on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 16 to spread out. Love the two dishwashers. Large fridge, and having the separate under the counter ice maker is so helpful. The appliances are updated and worked well. The decks are amazing for star gazing, sunset viewing and beach watching. Hoses on deck good for washing sandy feet before going into the house. Parking is very adequate for 6-7 cars. Linens provided and beds made on arrival. Overall well stocked with everything you could need. Location isn’t far from restaurants and shopping.

This was our third time renting this property. Gradually the cleanliness and cosmetic improvements have met normal expectations for this beautiful property. Our family of 14, three generations aged 9 - 73 had a wonderful time. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Wonderful beach access, great indoor space for full group to be together, lovely decks

Great home for our large multi-family ages 8 months to 88 years old. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, dinnerware, utensils, etc. for cooking. After 12 years of our family vacations on Topsail Island this is the very first home the entire family agrees to come back to. Could not be more pleased.

Very large house, nice access to beach, fairly good shape. Had a bit of a cleaning problem in both house and hot tub but they fixed problems fairly quick. One bunk room fan would not soon due to lose blades and they had someone out next day. Overall very placed and rebooked for next year.

Nice home with access to the beach. Good kitchen facilities except lacking a vegetable grater. Wifi worked. There was an issue adjusting the thermostat but one phone call to a representative solved that concern.

Nicely built house with spacious rooms and living area. Elevator was helpful for my parents and sister, who had a broken foot. Views and beach were lovely. While the house felt decently clean on arrival, we did do some deeper cleaning the first day to make it a little more comfortable for our stay. Felt like we got a good deal on the size of the house and the location. Love September at the beach!

The house is beautiful and roomy. We have been coming to Topsail for years and this has been the most amazing house. We were here with all our children and 2 grandchildren, one of which celebrated her 16th birthday while here. Add more silverware to the kitchen, as we found the constant need to wash what was there to have enough. All in all the house was clean and well appointed. The leather chairs in the family room were so comfy. I found where to order and will be doing so. The decorations were quite appropriate. Thank you for taking care of the house and having quality inside.

We had a wonderful week! The house was so close to the beach. We hope to be back next year.

This house has it all! Lots of space, amazing air conditioning, all the kitchen items and best view of the beach! This house was awesome! It was great for our toddlers and my 96 year old Grandmother. There wasn’t a detail left out! I would highly recommend this house!

We stay in different beach houses each summer with my entire family - 16 of us. This home left us very disappointed. Lots of things were broken and the house was VERY dirty. I'm not sure it was cleaned prior to us entering - old food, food wrappers, trash on the deck, old food in the freezer. The management company was difficult to deal with. I only got a response after 3 days when I threatened to demand a refund. The elevator is very finicky so don't plan on using it. The grill is really only for 2 people so DO NOT plan on grilling if you have more than that. There is lots of deferred maintenance causing broken items such as the dishwasher, and the ice maker doesn't work well. The kitchen is barely equipped but when spending this much money, I'd expect more than dollar-store forks. The bed linens were stained and gross (comforter and pillowcases). I would not recommend this house. You can spend the same amount and get a far nicer home.

Well conditioned home

The elevator was very helpful to us. The porches overlooking the ocean were great. The wonderful picture windows overlooking the ocean were fabulous. Access to beach very convenient due to walkway accessibility.
