Cozy, pet friendly, and attentive host!

Nice relaxing setting. Grandkids loved animals and feeding them long carrots, save the fingers! Went back a number of times.

Great place to stay!! This house worked perfectly for our 4 day fairground event. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location is exceptional to downtown Perry and to the fairgrounds. Would/will stay again for our next horse competition.PS - awesome and safe yard for the pets, and appreciate the small touches of dog leashes, many plug extensions, and k cups for the adult coffee drinkers.

We had to leave our dogs behind in AK but loved how dog friendly it was, especially the huge fenced backyard! We enjoy sitting out back and watching squirrels and listening to the beautiful birds! This house was beautiful with an adorable country vibe we loved! Comfortable beds, and great shower pressure! Perfect in every way!!

I was able to bring my dog, the fenced in backyard was incredible! The house was great everything was accurately described on the site. Cheryl was excellent at communicating as well. I'd definitely stay here in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful big back yard. The host was incredible, nice and very helpful if we had any questions. The house is cute, quiet and very comfortable.

Great place to stay! Very cozy and has all the amenities that you would need! Also love all streaming services that the living room tv had! Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our long weekend with my family of 5 and dogs. We were in town for a horse show at the fairgrounds and the proximity to the fairgrounds was perfect. The home itself is very small BuT plenty big for our needs. The host does a fantastic job making sure you have everything you need and the coffee is a bonus!Stay with complete confidence.

Great location to the Fairgrounds, close to town for food and shopping

This property was great. Renovated very well with nice decor and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook with all of the spices, pots, pans and utensils needed to cook, and a dishwasher. Nice dining area with plenty of seating. Large fenced in backyard was great for my dogs to run around. Rooms were great size and the beds were comfortable. There were TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Had a nice laundry room with modern washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. My family and I had just PCS'd to Robins AFB and needed a place to stay for a few day. This place was perfect! The property manager was very responsive and polite, and made sure we had a great stay.

We staid here for the weekend! We were in town for a cattle show. The house worked out perfectly. The house was clean and nicely stocked. Very close to the show grounds! Would definitely stay again.

We came from out of state for a wedding. This home was close to the venue and was wonderful for my husband and myself. The place was clean and advertised. The host was very responsive to any questions. We weren't traveling with our dogs, but the backyard space is large and the home is very pet friendly with leashes, bowls, and even a raised dog bed. Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are both a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again!
