Introducing newly renovated and furnished (November 2021) 2/3 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool house . Welcome to our fabulous 3 bedrooms / 2 baths home! (Please note that the 3rd bedroom is an open space (no door) and provides a double sized pull out sofa, this is not a sleeping area in the living room. There is a separate living room. This space is great for kids. Its conveniently located in South Venice Florida, 5 miles to Historic Venice Downtown.

As you walk in you are greeted with a vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances, a new water treatment system and granite countertops. Both bathrooms have also been beautifully updated as well. Split floor plan allows for privacy. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and attached master bath with shower. Guest bedroom had queen size bed and nice closet space. We also have additional room right of the kitchen (flex room) that has additional seating (in addition to the living room). Leather full size sofa converts to comfortable sleeping bed. We also have dedicated work space area with the deck and office chair. The outdoor living space makes you feel like you are at a resort with the covered lanai, gas grill and heated salt system pool.

Beach chairs available for your use. The home sleeps 6.

You will want to return to this pristine resort-like and comfortable home year after year.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

The dining space overlooks the beautiful pool with comfortable seating for 6.

There is an equipped kitchen with a stove/oven combo, a microwave, and the dishwasher with dining right of the kitchen or comfortable dining of the lanai. Whip up a home-cooked meal anytime you please.

You're 5 minutes to Detwiler's Farm Market - your go-to for fresh fruits and veggies, a butcher and a seafood market. For fresh food, nothing beats it.

Just outside the enclosed lanai, is a patio with additional seating and has plenty of space for both lounging and dining as well as the sparkling clean heated pool. Also, there's a propane grill and newly fenced yard to keep your kids and pets safe.

****House is on septic/well - please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the drain

Trash pick up is Friday .

If your stay falls on a Thursday night , please leave the trash and recycle bin on the edge of the driveway for Friday morning pick up.Any excess trash; please wrap any food well so it doesn’t attract animals to the trash and do not leave trash/recycling in the garage where it may leak onto the floor.

Dont mix regular garbage with plastic and paper. Sanitation will not pick it up. Any evidence of mixed trash will result in an additional fee of 125$ to cover sorting out through the trash or taking it to the recycling station.

You must shower/hose off before entering our pool. This helps maintain the cleanliness of the pool. Any sign of excess sand in our pool will result in an extra charge of the pool cleaning fee of $125

Please understand that if a home is left in an extremely unsanitary state we may need to proceed with a deep clean . Food burned onto the cooktop or oven, excess mess, moved furniture, stained towels or sheets may constitute a double cleaning charge. This would result in an added cost to the original cleaning fee .

No events or parties - max of 6 guests

Maximum of 3 cars on property (garage or driveway only) at any time. Please keep your vehicle in the garage if possible. Please keep the garage doors closed at all times when not is use.

Any pets/Animals are subject to owner approval and pet fee of 245$ applies. If approved , please note that we don’t allow dogs on the furniture. If your pet damages any of the furnitures you will be charged to replace it. Please be extra careful when allowing pets on the leather sofas (use designated blankets so there are no rips to the leather).

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, please be respectful of our neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood regarding noise as you would in your own house.

No unregistered day guests on the property without owners permission.

    The house is well stocked. The pool.is a perfect size. The grill came in very handy . We were very cloae to all three beaches . Not to mention great food everywhere. Owners are easy to communicate with our stay was wonderful. The Guynn Kessel family

    3 Palms Inn was a wonderful place to visit. Very clean, plenty of space, beautiful pool. The beaches were very nice and not very crowded. Restaurants were great! Highly recommend it to everyone!

    The property is clean, modern and well designed. This is a very user-friendly home. It’s everything as in the pictures and description. The outdoor area is also well designed and very comfortable. The location is convenient to everything! We enjoyed our stay and if we have the opportunity we would be happy to return.

    We had such a lovely stay at 3 Palms Inn!! My daughter and I arrived late one evening after a long travel day and were so happy and relieved to come “home” to an adorable, comfortable, very clean and tidy house. Everything was spotless and you can tell how much care Iwona and Paul put unto this home. We hope to be back next year when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the lovely pool! The garage opener and the coffee maker w coffee provided made our early morning wake-ups easier. Location was great and Iwona and Paul were readily available via phone or text. Highly recommend!!

    I picked this home because it really fit all of what I was looking for, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a heated pool, which is a must. From the pictures it looked clean and decorated nicely. Because I planned on biking, I was also looking for something close to Shamrock Park which got you on the Venetian way trail which also connects to the Legacy Trail. Also not a bad ride to downtown historic Venice. I only complaint was we felt the the furniture was uncomfortable. We took pillows from the beds to make it more comfortable.

    We stayed for 35 days. The house was spotless when we arrived. Check in was extremely easy. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. All of the appliances were relatively new and worked great. The pool was perfect although we wish the weather had been warmer during our stay. The one issue we had was addressed by the owner is a very timely fashion.

    The owners attention to detail made it very welcoming. Home is newly remodeled and exceptionally well equipped with small appliances along with an ample supply of dishes, cookware and cutlery. Plenty of linens, towels, and beach & pool accessories. Heated salt water pool is luxurious. Property has a new grill and a clean 2 car garage. Owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to returning next year!

    Great location, lovely renovation and superb amenities. We really enjoyed the quiet location, proximity to Shamrock park/Legacy trail, and toasty warm (December) pool.
