Loved the pool and how close the house was to the beach! Our family loved our stay

Great stay, pool was great and spacious, short scenic walk to beach, closer that advertised. House was well stocked with all you will need for a great stay.

Fantastic rental! Home is equipped like a permanent residence. Host is quick to respond when needed. House is clean, short walk to beach, and some beach gear, is provided including a beach cart. Great outdoor deck seating as well.

This house had everything you would need for an enjoyable relaxing stay! Kid stuff!? They have gates for the stairs and a booster seat for the table. Pool toys and games outside. Beach stuff and the kitchen was fully stocked. This house is located in a gated community and was very low key. Pool was amazing and walk to beach was easy with the cart. Deborah and Issac were very accommodating and caring hosts! Would highly recommend this rental again.

I don’t even know where to start. The house was so comfortable and made you feel at home with all the amenities it offered. Having access to beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, you didn’t have to pack much. You feel so safe being in the gated community and everyone is so kind and helpful. Deb and Issac were always available and want to make sure everything is right for their guests. We caught so many fish and saw so much wildlife, my son even caught a 5 ft bull shark off the old bridge. You can rent shark polls from the Jolly Roger and they even came and picked it up the next morning. The pool was a huge hit, the kids were in it morning and night, and the trail to the beach is so fun, loved being able to just walk down anytime we wanted. We can’t wait to go back, it’s our new favorite vacation spot.

Our family enjoyed this wonderful house. The house was beautiful, location was perfect and made for an enjoyable week of family time. The location was as described, close to the beach and just a short path to get there. The beach was full of shells, especially at low tide. When not at the beach, the family enjoyed the large pool. Beach items were available, eliminating the need to pack these bulky items. Plus a beach wagon to easily take everything to the beach. Deborah was always in contact. Appreciated her quick responses and checking in with us to make sure all was okay. Deborah and Isaac also left a welcome gift which was a nice plus. Would stay here again in the future!

The property lived up and exceeded our expectation. It worked for our extended family of 8. It had areas for us to gather at the large dining room table, second floor covered deck and the large pool. Easy walk to the beach. Clean, and good location! Made for a special time for all. The Host was good communicator. We would return and would recommend to all.

Owners were very responsive to our needs. Pool on property was private and convenient. There was a short walk to the beach. The house covered our needs. It was a wonderful week with our children, their spouses, and our granchildren.
