- The primary King bedroom features a newly renovated ensuite bath (2024), a Smart TV, and balcony access overlooking the pool area.



1st Floor

-A king bedroom with Smart TV, ensuite bath with shower/tub, and dual vanities.

-Queen bedroom with Smart TV. Door access to the pool area and easy access to a hallway full bath with a shower.

-Bunk Room kid-friendly space with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, toys, games, and Smart TV. Sleeps 6.

- Renovations completed in 2024, including the primary bedroom and bath with new LVP flooring and fixtures.

- New hybrid memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The Neighborhood:

Crystal Beach is known for its walkable neighborhood and white picket fences.

Camille’s at Crystal Beach. Fresh seafood, sushi, bar, and dessert. 5 pm-until. 3-minute walk.

Camille’s Café at Crystal Beach. Breakfast, coffee, lunch, smoothies, and a bar. 7 am-5 pm. 3-minute walk.

Pazzo Italiano. Upscale contemporary Italian, brick oven pizza, full bar. 11 am-9 pm. Closed Sunday. 5-minute walk.

Ruby Slipper Café. NOLA family-operated southern brunch and cocktails. 7:30 am-2 pm. 5-minute walk.

Soliel. New upscale dining on the Gulf of Mexico, former Top Chef celebrity chef. Lunch 11 am-3 pm. Dinner 5 pm-Close. Closed Monday. 6-minute walk. Parking limited.

Getting Around:

The home's driveway has room seasonally (when the adjacent apartment is vacant) for a golf cart or small-medium boat trailer. We can suggest a golf cart vendor that will deliver and pick it up at the house.



Other Things to Note:

Important Details:

- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

- No parties or events. No smoking. No pets allowed.

- Accessibility: 1-2 steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floors. 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.

- Guest Screening: ID verification upload, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background screening required.

- Local Vacation Regulations: The city of Destin has an ordinance for noise, occupancy, parking, and conduct. We will communicate these to you and require compliance.

- From Oct to April the separate apartment above the garage may be occupied by family/friends (they will have no access to the main home or pool) and will use only 1 of the 4 parking spaces. Contact the host for questions.
